I love McDonalds as many people do but we can all grow learn and get better as individuals and even as a business. the East entry way needs cleaned BADLY. They NEVER HAVE CARMEL ICE COFFEE AND THEY NEVER NEVER NEVER HAVE ICE CREAM. You can see the delivery truck come in and they still dont have the items you want. so those things could be improved for sure. figure out what the problem is and fix it permanently
After 20 minutes I had to go park myself at the front counter and beg for our food.
