Amazing when it comes voucher time that they are either out of stock or the machine broke down. Meanwhile, trying to hide in the back eating said meal that was out of stock or drinking that "special" shake that couldn't be served because the "machine broke down". In my service of this great nation I have had the privilege to eat at many KFCs around the world and if I had to do a ranking system, Vernal wouldn't even make the bottom 10, it really is THAT bad!
Terrible service. After I saw a worker stocking the condiments,lids, etc. I went over to grab some napkins but noticed they were out. So I went to the counter to ask for some and the same worker who has just been over there very rudely told me that there were some by the drinks and lids and I told her no there wasn’t. She argued with me instead of just handing me some she had behind the counter. Another worker heard her and immediately came over to hand me napkins with out question....read full review
NOT fast food! Been here twice this week to order inside to stay. First time took 20 min to get our food. Second time took 20 min just to order with only one person in front of me. Won't be back for a LONG time!!
