Decided to stop by this little taco/burger truck for a quick lunch. I got a double cheeseburger. As other reviews say, the cheeseburgers are actually pretty good. It reminds me slightly of In and Out burgers. I hear the Mexican food they have is pretty good too but I’ll have to try that next time. Prices aren’t terrible. Tacos were good. Smothered chile verde burritos were just edible. The chile verde was just stale tasting shredded pork instead of chunks. The burritos were mostly rice. For $15, I would have expected better. Willing to try something else but won't ever have the chile verde smothered burritos.
Tacos El Guero is one of 2 good Taco Trucks in town. They are only open for lunch. Their Carnitas are fantastic. I usually order a Carnitas Quesadilla which is excellent. The tortilla is crispy and there is lots of meat and lots of cheese. I've tried the double cheeseburger a couple of times. It seems to be a favorite of people who go there. Not bad, but a little skimpy on the toppings.
