The first time I have been to a Burger King in almost 7 years I went to the Provo location was treated very poorly and given the wrong order and basically Paul oh well I went to this location. They were super kind and friendly gave me options on how to go about taking care of the situation with provocation and manager. CHRIS Hall was super kind and easy to work with. Will be back Burger King specifically this one.

Being Honest this burger King needs new employees. I ordered my meal without any tomato and it seems it was mistaken as to be plain. When i got my food it had only the bun and the chicken on it. It seems like most of the employees don't even want to be their with some tables being dirty and yet to be cleaned.

Waited inline for almost 15 minutes after ordering out food. The guy at the first window wouldn’t greet us or even look at us. We finally pulled up to the second window and were lectured about waiting at the first window until he took our payment. He handed us our drinks. We specifically asked for diet. He handed us the drinks and told us they were regular. I questioned him and he quickly back tracked and said uh yeah I mean they’re diet. I’m not convinced. Also I asked for Dr Pepper and I got a coke…… I won’t be coming back.

If I could give no star review I would. Completely screwed up our order and talking them was a whole pain in itself. Avoid this BK

It took several minutes for someone to take our order and throughout the time waiting for our order, we watched two associates sit on their phones in plain few of the desk. Our orders were cleared and I had to stand at the front waiting for my order until someone came to assist me. Kinda bummed at the service to b be honest

I've gone here probably 6 or 7 times. Wish I could rate it higher but management and staff seem poorly trained. They are not attentive and do not care how quickly an order is put out. Don't get me wrong, I love Burger King. It's an absolute go-to restaurant for us but this location lacks the ability to serve it's customers with their current management and staff. Quite unfortunate.

Ordered from grub hub, BURGER KING sealed bag and more than half the other was missing. Burger King Wouldn't do anyone except told me to come get the rest, would not get the order fresh and Crystal the MANAGER was so rude on the phone and told me to contact grub hub. WORST SERVICE EVER. Clearly you don't need to be nice or even have a brain to work at this location.

This is the slowest “fast food” I have ever experienced. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive through. They didn’t even acknowledge our presence on the ordering monitor for 5 minutes before telling us to “wait please” when we were trying to get a response. They need to seriously fix their staff problem. It made us miss the start of our movie. Not coming here again.
It's burger king. I will say the employees are always nice and accommodating
