Had a great experience here! The staff was very polite and they were happy to help us with our large order! The mangonada is spicy so be warned lol. The food was timely and well prepared. Thank you guys!

The Kiosk layout is a horrible idea. The new management of cafe Rio really messed up with this business plan. The food is trash, the service is trash, and it’s so much slower. We won’t be back to any cafe Rios due to the STEEP decline we’ve seen the last few years.

We asked for a chicken salad and it came with three pieces of chicken. We asked for guacamole, and it was like 1oz. One bite and the guacamole was GONE. The prices don’t match with the quantity or quality of the food. Cafe Rio is overrated. Worst $30 I’ve ever spent.

The charm of cafe rio is seeing and picking what you want. Kiosks are slower and impersonal. It took forever. Not a fan

Kiosk ordering at Cafe Rio is not preferred. Meal was promised in 5 mins, took 30 mins.

Man I hate to say it…but this place disappoints every time. Cafe Rio in general has been going down hill for a while, but this location specifically is REALLY bad. Super long wait times in the drive through even when there are no cars in front of you. But that’s not the worst part, the food quality is just not good.

This has got to be the lowest reviewed Cafe Rio in Utah and sadly I found out why for myself so hopefully you won’t. I’m not a fan of the kiosk system. One of the key reasons people love Cafe Rio is because you get to watch it being made in front of your own eyes. You get to ask for extra lettuce, which is not an option when ordering a burrito on the kiosk.

This could’ve been forgiven a bit if it wasn’t for the wait. If the whole point of the kiosks is to speed up service, it’s having the opposite effect. We visited on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t exactly crowded in there; maybe 1/4-1/3 of the tables were filled. However, we had to wait 30 MINUTES for our food to come out.

I love the Cafe Rios in Salt Lake County and will continue to visit those delightfully, but avoid this Vineyard location at all costs!

At first I wasnt sure about the ordering kiosks but it allowed my to have way more options to customize my meal, I never even knew I could order wheat tortillas at cafe rio.

Got in line and immediately waited 15 minutes at the menu/ordering speaker, there was only one car in front of me, they also waited around 10 minutes, after 25 minutes of waiting to even place my order, i proceeded to the window where i paid, then waited another 20 minutes when all i ordered was chips and queso and a drink. i waited so long, that the person at the window asked me to pay, again. i informed her i already did and she said she had forgot, then she went to hand me 3 salads that weren’t mine. i told her AGAIN, what i had ordered, and waited another 10 minutes for them to bring me chips and queso. bad experience and horrible wait time everytime i come here. definitely not my favorite cafe rip location at all.
