I absolutely love this place! I had 3 different people make my cinnamon rolls. So thank you Zeno, Ashley, and Katie, for treating me so well! You are all very kind. This is truly my addiction. I have many different health issues one being Gastroparesis (eating and drinking cause extreme pain, because my digestion is slow and doesn't absorb what I've eaten.) That being said, I am constantly going over and getting a cinnamon roll and a coffee from them, because the taste is always worth it. They have wonderful staff, and I have always had a good experience here. Thank you sooooo much! Some days you are the only food I eat, because you make it worth hurting for. So delicious!!!!

Cinnaholic is a cinnamon bun chain with multiple locations around the US. This location is set in a newer shopping center right in Vineyard in the movie theater parking lot. Parking here is easy since there's tons of space for all the other businesses. Inside they have about a half dozen tables. Their menu is pretty basic, cinnamon buns with all sorts of toppings. They get sloppy quickly, since they get overloaded with toppings (which isn't necessarily a bad thing for some people) making them very sweet with all kinds of sugary toppings. Pricing is ok since you get the box filled, but I just wish I could taste the cinnamon bun instead of just a soup of frosting. The staff was ok, not really that friendly when we entered, but also had airpods in listening to music while they worked. Overall it's an ok spot and these are best eaten between 2 people.

I tried Nellie's coffee today during a free drink promotion. I highly recommend Nellie's favorite- it's a cinnamon and brown sugar latte. Also, all of the employees were so friendly! I'll definitely be back

This place is so yummy, and we love going. The workers are always working SO HARD, and they make the cinnamon rolls so good. This is the problem though. I have been in every weekend for three weeks, and EVERY time, there is one single person working. On a busy Saturday night, one person. Doing online orders and in person. Cooking the cinnamon rolls, fulfilling orders, and taking orders. It takes so long to get our order because it’s one girl. I don’t blame these girls at all. I blame the management. These girls are doing their best, and always so kind and hard working. It is UNSAFE for someone to work alone, let alone just insufficient. Maybe they can’t afford to employ two people at the same time, but the amount of people that I see come in on a Saturday night, I’m pretty sure they could. For sake of the sanity of this hard working kids, PLEASE HIRE SOMEONE ELSE ON WEEK NIGHTS! Or the manager should come in and help!!

Everything is vegan. Everything. They just don't advertise it. No cross contamination for those thst care. It's 100% plant based, fresh baked and amazing. It's only desserts. But you know how hard it is to find GOOD plant based baked goods like this? Cookies, brownies, and cinnamon rolls. They have coffee as well.

Got a big order delivered…almost $80. All of the rolls were rock hard, no fork would go threw and you couldnt eat them. Must have been sitting on the counter for hours. Learned my lesson to not waste my money
