I have ordered from Cinnaholic once before, through UberEats, and those rolls were absolutely incredible. However, in my last order, one of the rolls I received was so doughy I couldn’t eat it (photo attached) which was incredibly disappointing when I was expecting a roll that was probably going to push me over into a sugar coma (and I was at peace with that). I tried reaching out to this location, to let them know about said depressing roll, but I only got voicemail on both attempts.

Employee at the front was less than friendly. I ordered the orange frosting and it was exactly the same as my friend’s vanilla. Not an ounce of orange coloring or flavor in any of it. When I went to front to ask her she said “I mixed orange in with it so I dunno what’s in it.” Gotta love gen Z employees! Never care about their job, don’t know what’s going on and never friendly. 👍🏻

As a avid cinnamon roll lover I was very disappointed. The center had raw dough and a couple items from my order were missing. I had high hopes when ordering but was left with disappointment. It was my first and probably my last time order from here. I can't do a 1 star because you never know if they just had a bad day or a bad employee on that shift. If mine wasn't so bad I would try again another day but can't I'm sorry.

From the second I walked into Cinnaholic, Cam set the tone with his friendly energy and welcoming attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares—not just about doing his job, but about making people’s day better. He handled my order with speed and confidence, but what stood out most was his attention to detail and how he treated everyone with respect and kindness.
Even with a line behind me, Cam stayed patient, upbeat, and totally composed. He answered my questions, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. The entire experience was smooth, and it honestly made my visit way better than I expected.
Cam is the kind of employee every place wishes they had—professional, positive, and clearly proud of what he does. Cinnaholic is lucky to have him.

I absolutely love this place! I had 3 different people make my cinnamon rolls. So thank you Zeno, Ashley, and Katie, for treating me so well! You are all very kind. This is truly my addiction. I have many different health issues one being Gastroparesis (eating and drinking cause extreme pain, because my digestion is slow and doesn't absorb what I've eaten.) That being said, I am constantly going over and getting a cinnamon roll and a coffee from them, because the taste is always worth it. They have wonderful staff, and I have always had a good experience here. Thank you sooooo much! Some days you are the only food I eat, because you make it worth hurting for. So delicious!!!!

Cinnaholic is a cinnamon bun chain with multiple locations around the US. This location is set in a newer shopping center right in Vineyard in the movie theater parking lot. Parking here is easy since there's tons of space for all the other businesses. Inside they have about a half dozen tables. Their menu is pretty basic, cinnamon buns with all sorts of toppings. They get sloppy quickly, since they get overloaded with toppings (which isn't necessarily a bad thing for some people) making them very sweet with all kinds of sugary toppings. Pricing is ok since you get the box filled, but I just wish I could taste the cinnamon bun instead of just a soup of frosting. The staff was ok, not really that friendly when we entered, but also had airpods in listening to music while they worked. Overall it's an ok spot and these are best eaten between 2 people.
