My husband and I ate at the Cactus Room tonight on a whim because the buffalo burger sounded good.
We both ordered the buffalo burger and fries - and from the first bite we both knew we will be coming back next time we are in town. Everyone working were super friendly and gave great recommendations. We also both got pie (brownie and banana cream) and I might dream of that pie in the future.
Great prices - do yourself a favor and check them out!

We decided to try it out after passing it multiple times on the way to and from Zion. Reviews seemed good as well, but I'm thinking it must by friends. First, the place was dirty and appeared to be in disarray. After seated we ordered drinks and food when the drinks were delivered. Fast forward 65 minutes later and we still hadn't received our food nor did the waitress drop by to check in on our drinks or provide us an update. Seeing they weren't busy at all (just one other table occupied) we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. We never did get to taste the food so I cant leave a review on that but considered it as "meant to be" after seeing the condition of the property.

Be prepared to wait an hour for mediocre food at best. Bob is a nice guy but he is scrambling and forgetful and the place isn’t that clean. I’ve been to many places and don’t have the highest standards but was very disappointed coming here.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Bob, the owner, chef, server, and entertainer is a classic character. Expect to be entertained, come away with good stories, and one of the best meals you can ask for.
The outside may not look like much, but go inside and let Bob work his magic. Nearly everything can be made gluten free! The food is top notch, the service is great, and the prices are very reasonable for the area and the quality of the food.

Earlier in the day, in Grafton, my phone battery busted the back off my phone. I wasn't about to spend two hours in a Verizon store when I could be checking out Zion (vacation), so I ended up going to one around sunset. When I got out, hardly anything was open. I walked into this place and was a little nervous at first (a little rough and tumble looking, which grew on me actually, reminded me of old old hunting bars and restaurants in the Adirondacks) but it was SO GOOD.
These guys make an amazing burger. The staff is very friendly and funny (a little startling for an East coaster at first but they're seriously so sweet). We did not have time for desert or space either, but the list sounded amazing and they have way more deserts than food options so I suspect they're even better, which is saying something bc the burger was stupid, stupid good. Seriously, Five Guys wishes it could.
If you're craving a burger, I find it hard to imagine a better spot in the area. Wonderful experience. The Native arts section was closed down but passing through to use the bathroom, that also looked quite nice. Hard recommend!

We had the buffalo beef burger to go and it was really good and tasty! The burger patty was tender and perfectly grilled. The fresh cut fries which came with it were seasoned perfectly. Would highly recommend their burger! While waiting, we were also allowed to shop around their vintage market inside the store. Bob was also an accommodating host! He described all the food in their menu succinctly which was helpful for us to decide which food to get!

Unless you have a great deal of time to waste, find another place to eat. We ate here because there are slim pickins past 8pm. The food honestly took over an hour and it was just a burger and fish and chips. I don't even think we waited the longest. They're nice enough but cannot manage a restaurant. Pretty sure they cook one meal at a time, they lose track of food and the order of customers. One table nearby got the food for 2 of 3 people and 20-30 minutes later still didn't have the 3rd person's food. She actually asked if they hadn't started it already,she would just have dessert. No amount of decent food is worth the nonsense here.
