I didn't like that they didn't ask me what kind of wine I liked before making a recommendation. How can they recommend something if they don't know what I like? This is supposed to be a classy place. They couldn't serve me regular water if I was drinking sparkling water.

Hacienda Night at Blue Sky (Yuta Restaurant)
From the first bite of the warm chips, guac, and two vibrant salsas, I knew this dinner was going to be special—but I wasn’t prepared for just how extraordinary it would be. Every course was a sheer delight, each one better than the last: beautifully presented, simple, fresh, and crafted with such intention that every bite genuinely silenced me.
As a vegetarian, I was blown away. My “pork chicharrón” course became an incredible cheese gordita—rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The vegetarian version of the beef skirt steak course—tacos filled with potato, carrot, mushrooms, cheese, and more—was its own masterpiece. The cactus salad with cream was bright and refreshing, the green salad crisp and clean, and the strawberries and cream dessert was the perfect finale.
What truly set the night apart was how over-the-top accommodating the staff and kitchen were. They didn’t just substitute ingredients—they created a full parallel menu just for me, with real care and creativity.
The ambiance was amazing—warm, inviting, and elevated—and the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the night unforgettable.
Overall, the experience was magical. And for the price, it feels extremely undervalued. A once-in-a-lifetime dining event that everyone—especially vegetarians—can fully enjoy. Unforgettable from start to finish.

Service was outstanding. Food was phenomenal. Highly recommend. The Hawaiian bread with butter flight was a great rec.
My wife and I visited Yuta for our wedding anniversary and I have to say, it was worth the hype. From the minute we arrived at the valet, through the entire dining experience, everything was first class all the way! All the staff were warm and personable, and Juan (our server) and Natalie (the sommelier) were especially great. 10/10 would recommend.
It was a nice experience but I felt like some items were grossly over priced. The corkage fee was $65 despite the fact that our party purchased 2 drinks each. The meal itself was on line with local prices and the lobster dish that I ordered was good.I did not care for the bread but that is a personal choice. I enjoyed our server and the Som was very sweet.
My husband and I wanted a fun/casual night with great food/ambiance and needless to say this was above/beyond on what we had hoped for. The service was excellent -- love it when you sit down at a restaurant and they welcome you by name (every restaurant that has reservations has your name/great touch) Food was delicious and design of space/bar was beautiful. If you want a overall great dining experience then I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely go again and again....
One of the most memorable dining experiences I've had since moving to Park City 10 years ago. Stunning location, attentive and friendly staff without being overbearing and perfectly executed and beautifully presented food. Our sever and the support staff made us feel welcomed and not rushed and took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the decor modern but rustic. Next time I'd love to sit in the bar and enjoy one of their amazing crafted cocktails or glass of wine from a very impressive wine list. Can't wait to go back.
Yuta is our favorite restaurant. We usually go for dinner. This was our first time going for Saturday brunch. The food was fresh and delicious, particularly the fresh juices.
Yuta has always been consistent. The staff is amazing and welcoming. The food is delicious.

Six of us dined at Yuta. We started in the bar with an amazing cocktail curated by their team. Each of us loved what we ordered. Sat outside by the fire while we enjoyed our drinks, then moved inside to our table. The restaurant is beautiful. The wait staff was great, super attentive and explained the menu in detail. Our food was absolutely delicious, from the shares, to the salads to the entrees. But....that bread and butters....Oh my!!! Can't wait to go back.
Our Sunday Lunch at YUTA was exquisite. Our server Deddy was attentive and offered every detail, including a gorgeous lunch menu during the Sunday Brunch. Our lunch could not have been better - the food, service, drinks - everything was professional and over the top. Thank you.
Outstanding! Everything that we tried was fabulous... The squash blossoms were amazing! Absolutely gorgeous location, impeccable service from Cheyenne, an amazing staff all the way around! We will return here again and again... We highly recommend this restaurant!
Are here for a special occasion (anniversary), and the staff mad it very special! Food superb!
The food was excellent, but the service and atmosphere in the restaurant were very disappointing. The service in particular felt off, where other tables that sat down after us ordered and had food before our server showed up to take our orders. Anytime we needed something, it took a significant amount of effort to flag someone down for a glass of wine, or water, etc.
