A wonderful way to be a tourist in your own town and learn about some recent Utah history. The tour was very engaging, well paced, and fun for all. The meals are spectacular and cocktails are top notch. Blue Sky is a stunning property.The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting.The Duck Pot Pie was worth the trip, if nothing else.
Cole hosted a great distillery tour with plenty of insights and a side of humor. Excellent flight options or build your own tastings. Lunch was great, I recommend the Refectory Burger!!

Dan, our tour guide, was awesome--his passion for the process and company really shone through and elevated an already fantastic experience.The tasting room and barrel room were highlights, and the sweeping mountain vistas while sampling whiskey can't be beat.
