**update: I don’t know what changed so drastically but this place has been AWESOME lately. Fast, food is great, and stellar service. Whatever they did, keep doing it!

It has been very hit and miss at this location. Sometimes the people are kind and don’t seem to hate their jobs, and other times I get someone who says the minimal required to actually take my order and bring it to me. If they ever mess up on your order it makes it difficult to request a fix...

Great location. It wasn’t too busy so we ordered and got our food quick. My husband got a bowl of some kind. I got a 2 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The chicken was juicy and had crispy skin. I loved the mashed potatoes and my toddler loved the Mac and cheese!

They have definitely changed their management and picked things up. Dining room was open and full. Great flavors. Fast service. Food was that tasty flavor one would expect from Pollo Loco!
