went for the first time, when paying for the bill noticed a 3.9% service charge fee, no one could explain what the fee was for, no where on the menu or in the restaurant is posted that a service fee would be assessed... you shouldn't be charging fees without posting or communicating to patrons a fee would be forthcoming. Poor business practices.
Good food with truck parking 👌

Great food, big sized and flavorful tacos.
Amazing breakfast burritos 🌯.
I call 15 minutes before I go through town and pick up my hot, fresh and great Mexican food.
I go out of my way to stop here when passing through the area. Great food. Good portions. Fair prices. Excellent!

When I begin road trips, I’m ecstatic. Whether I’m going somewhere new or revisiting places I love, I sit, basking in the prospect of my coming trip. The drive there never seems to take too long. Yet on the way home, I’m tired. The weight of work and responsibilities often pushes the memories from the trip further from my mind. Then I stop at Los Jilbertos. It rejuvenates those idyllic memories with its thick greasy burritos. It gives me the power to get through the rest of the drive with a smile on my face, knowing that I will and can do it (whatever it may be).
The best breakfast burritos!

Jilbertos in Wellington is a winner! We rolled in after driving through the night from Texas and they were open! We were excited ?
My wife is a huge fan of the "Betos" style restaurants, and this one absolutely hit the mark. I went with the fish tacos, and they were superb—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of fresh toppings. My family went with the rolled tacos, and they loved them just as much.
One thing that stood out was how fresh everything was. The rice and beans were hot, and I mean steaming, which is exactly how I like them. The flavors were spot-on too—just like you'd hope from a place like this.
The service was quick and friendly, and the whole experience was exactly what we were hoping for. If you're ever driving through Wellington and craving some good Mexican food, Jilbertos is definitely the place to stop. You won't leave disappointed! ??
Here are things that are important to me that I look for at a restaurant:
- Cleanliness of the restrooms - 3 star for this location
- Cleanliness of the store itself - 4 star for this location
- Customer Service - 5 star for this location
- Working Tap at the register - 5 star for this location (I was surprised that they had one but I'm glad they did because I expect this in 2024)

Best place for a trucker in the middle of nowhere, Utah to get a quality bite. Great portions and pricing, it reminds me of TX tacos near the Mexican border. Right now they have a Pineapple Cream Soda drink from the fountain... and of course, glass coke bottles, topos, and jarritos... If you know you know. So happy to have stumbled across this place last minute. Nice folks.

This was a great little spot on our roadtrip. We were traveling from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks to Salt Lake City. This was a nice option, fast service. It may be slightly more expensive than you’d expect, but it is in the middle of no where, so I wasn’t bothered at all. The portions were large. The hard shell tacos are homemade. I would recommend if you’re passing through
