So me and my wife has been there several times but tonight was actually the worst service I have ever gotten the waitress didnt ask us if we wanted mayo, ketchup forgot the toast didnt refill our water didnt ask if we wanted jelly, no butter for the half raw old baked patato that was totally swiveld up and look like somone pulled out of trash can..the steak was raw after asking for medium the steak was dry and chewy it smelled like mold and it was suppose to come with soup or salad for 23.00 but they didnt ask if we wanted anything else to replace the salad or soup because they didnt have either and the steak was not cooked properly and the deep fryed mushrooms we got was frozen inside..rhe guy behind us had to ask for his missing food ..we didnt get no apologies or hey sorry your food was uncooked and frozen and the service sucked..it took over a hour to get our food

Stayed at the National 9, stopped by to grab some food on the way to our room. We got our food to go, but didn't receive any utensils or napkins, were not offered drinks. Food was very bland and the portions were very small. We ordered bacon on one of our hamburgers but didn't get it so that was disappointing. Service was friendly enough but overall,I would say not worth it.

My husband liked his Outlaw Signature Western Omelette so much that he left a tip specifically for the chef, which I have never seen him do before. I don't like to say negative things about a place when I've only been there once, so I won't elaborate on the 4 stars instead of 5. I just wanted to tell you about the omelette.
Food was under cooked and we barely got any fries. If I'm spending 14$ on a burger with fries I expect more than 10 fries.

This place has GONE DOWN HILL!!!. The burger was way under cooked and the extra order of fries had about 12 fries. I wanted scones and they were absolutely disgusting!!! It was wheat dough, it was still doughy in the middle and tasted soured. Couldn't even eat them. One bite and I wanted to throw up!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Ordered some eggs for breakfast, sat for 30 minutes and no food came. I ended up leaving, its ridiculous that I sat for 30 minutes for something that take 7 minutes to cook at most. Very unhappy, we are on a long road trip and was hoping to have something nice to eat before most of the drive.
Don't go here unless you have time to waste.

The atmosphere is very rustic and just small town like. I don’t mean that as an insult it just feels like a place people come to gather and talk. The food was really good with lots of options for everyone. Our server was a super sweet girl who had really pretty nails. Definitely recommend.
