Oh my goodness! The owner/ chef is so personable and passionate about his culinary love. We had the quesabirria. After explaining what it was to us, we gave it a go and watched him and his daughter grill up possibly the best meal we've had on our 11 day vacation. The best food we have ever had. I usually can't eat a lot of Mexican food due to the spice. This was beyond delicious and not spicy at all. Very flavourful. Went back for seconds. Would recommend.
While traveling, I unexpectedly came across this Mexican food truck, and the food was absolutely amazing—it completely blew me away! The owner was also incredibly friendly. This is definitely a place everyone should come and try!
