Went here the other day and got food poisoning do not order the barbacoa it was dry and cold and I’m more then certain that’s what made me sick I got the burrito bowl and it did not taste good at all if I could give 0 stars I would this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from this place and I love chipotle but unfortunately getting food poisoning ruined it for me

Very disappointing.. The proportions were tiny and the food looked old. Beans and meat were dry and the guacamole was brown. The staff needs more guidance and support from management. A few months ago this place was the go to idk what went wrong🤷♀️

Used to love going to this location, up until yesterday. Ordered food around 3:00 PM, my fiancé started to feel sick around 6:00 PM. Ended up going to urgent care today and found out he got food poisoning. Won’t be going to this location anymore, or who knows if we will ever be back period.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my online order. When I first got there, none of the workers talked to me for about 15 minutes and only talked to me one other time until I got my food. Food was good, although my bowl was missing the fajita veggies I had requested.
Ordered a steak burrito through the app. Normally this location does pretty good. My burrito had literally 5 little pieces of steak in the whole thing.

I love chipotle and have been eating it weekly. If you want something fresh, come before 7PM. It seems like management wants to be out by 9 and starts breaking down by 8.

Chipotle used to be so good, but the quality went down and prices went up. Every time I go (which now is infrequently) the service is nothing but disappointing. I went today (Sunday around 5pm) and felt like I was inconveniencing the kids that work there to make my food. I understand that no one WANTS to work there, especially teenagers/young adults, but if I’m paying nearly $30 for two bowls I’d like to at least feel like they GAF.
Some of the food looked like it had been sitting in the pans for hours (steak, queso, fajita veggies) and just seemed unappetizing, the fajitas were so dry they looked stuck to the pan. Gross.

Went in at 8:35pm on a Saturday and they had all the chairs put up on the tables. People in front of us asked to stay and eat and they said they can’t because they’ve already cleaned the tables and floor. They close at 10:00pm and it’s 8:35pm.
I ordered steak but they said they are out because they’ve aren’t going to make more. Again, this is 90 min before closing…
The two people helping on the line couldn’t communicate, not because they don’t speak English, because they just stared at people with blank looks not wanting to help.
