Never had a problem with this location until today. My order wasn’t ready on time and the lady was really rude. Not friendly at all to top it all. To Top it all off there was food in my drink cup when she handed it to me. 👎🏻

My first time visiting a Chipotle location was very disappointing. I was the only customer in line and it took 15 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was waiting. After finally getting my order I go to my car to try my burrito and its ice cold! Not even a light warmth it was all cold. I was given a gift card and am sad I wasted it on a cold burrito that wasnt even that great.

Had a really terrible burrito from here. The rice was dry and crunchy and my burrito wasnt folded properly. Sauce leaked out the top because it was not folded correctly and the tortilla split halfway down, basically falling apart and making it really messy to eat. Overall not worth the increasingly hearty price. Service was unfriendly and I had to repeat my order more than once.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude and dismissive. The meat and veggies were old and dried out, the tables were dirty, and the bathrooms were gross. Not worth the money.

Had a terrible experience here today. Cashier does not speak English. Puts half the spoon 🥄 of meat and rice. It felt like they encourage rude people and small portions at this particular location. Otherwise I cant explain why I got this bad service today.

A very rude young man behind the counter refused to serve me plain rice and acted like I was stupid for even asking. As I was leaving, another worker overheard and apologized saying they definitely could. She was nice, but that first kid was so rude, I left anyway and will not be back.

If I could give a -0 I would. I ordered my food and had it delivered, and when I got it, there was hair and some kind of bugs in it. I tried calling the actual store to talk to a human and was on the phone for over 20 minutes with a robot and they would not connect me to a human. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, especially when I’m calling to complain about my food having bugs in the rice and can’t even talk to a manager or anyone !!! NEVER order delivery from this place or even IN STORE!!! if they can’t even answer their phone to talk to their customers that’s pretty sad, this place is a joke and their phone system and customer service is the most unreal thing I have ever experienced in my life. I will never eat here again and I will be telling everyone I know about what happened and how I could not talk to a human this will be going on Facebook and every other social media I know!!!!
Came here to grab some lunch to go. There was a guy behind the counter that greeted us with a “what do you want”. My wife proceeded down the line making her order while I waited to be helped. There were 4-5 other people working, restocking, talking, staying busy, etc. not one employee acknowledged me as I stood and waited to be served. When the employee was finishing up my wife’s order I walked down towards the register and we paid for the tacos. I was planning to order, but after waiting for so long with no acknowledgment I decided I did not want to spend my money at this establishment. A couple people were eating in at tables and no one else was on line behind us. It was a pretty terrible experience. Probably will never go to this location again. Food was good.

Pretty good Chipotle location. 9 times out of 10, I'm happy with the food and service. They have an occasional problem, but it's usually minor. Much better than the newer Centerville location, and about on par with the much newer Farmington location.

Got chips and guac and a bowl. Chips were stale and some were even soggy. :( And the guac tasted like it was made with old avocados.
My bowl was delicious though. Portions were great too.
