Worst Chipotle we've ever been in. The food was awful, the employees didn't want to be there, and were not friendly at all. The restraunt was dirty. And, the men's toilet was full of pee and toilet paper and the handle was broken so it wouldn't flush. We will never come back to or recommend this location.

I’m not one to complain by any means, but this bowl I’m eating… made it tough not to. I get the exact same order every time I go to chipotle, today was no different got my classic bowl and wow, the chicken was extremely spicy today like it’s hard for me to eat this bowl. That’s really not even the reason why I’m upset, I’m pulling out mounds of cilantro from my mouth. Nothing is cut up and there is an excessive amount of cilantro. It’s difficult to eat. Was very upset with my experience here through my many times of eating chipotle I’ve never been disappointed but this bowl is gonna make it tough for me to come back

I have never been one to leave reviews, even when I have a somewhat bad experience. I just shrug it off and give the benefit of the doubt… but this is RIDICULOUS.
We have been regularly coming to this location for years and over the past month or so, it has fallen apart entirely.
The sanitation is probably my biggest problem at the moment. Today my daughter orders a kids quesadilla and half the food spills onto the dirty surface to which they just smeared the food back onto the tortilla and looked back at my daughter with a scowl. They use the register with their gloves on and then go back to touching food. Another time a gentleman behind the counter was ringing us up and then had to readjust my wife’s build your own tacos with his bare hands. And not to be rude but dude hand not cut his fingernails in QUITE some time.
The energy is terrible in there. The communication between the staff is so poor that it literally holds up the lines. I can’t remember the last time i heard music playing in there either.
I’ve spent so much money at my favorite place to eat over the years, and now we don’t even want to step foot in the building. Business owner to business owner… I would want to know what was going on to help improve.
These are only just a few recent incidents as well.

I expected something better but my chicken in my bowl was burnt to the point where there were parts I didn't want to eat. The bathroom needs hand soap and towels and my companion's steak wasn't cooked properly. They need to put in more effort. It's 12:30 pm. They're not that busy not to do a good job.

Will not go back to this location in Bountiful. Filthy place . Food pieces all over . A Similar experience my last visit Bad service Rude and disturbing ! Maybe try and clean the place and and have all items on the menu, only so many.
It was 11:15 they open at 10:45. Several employees looked at us trying the door but sat down to eat their food. Others looked at us from behind the workstation and ignored us too! Wouldn’t unlock the door! We watched as the same thing happened to another guy who left too!

Went here the other day and got food poisoning do not order the barbacoa it was dry and cold and I’m more then certain that’s what made me sick I got the burrito bowl and it did not taste good at all if I could give 0 stars I would this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from this place and I love chipotle but unfortunately getting food poisoning ruined it for me

Very disappointing.. The proportions were tiny and the food looked old. Beans and meat were dry and the guacamole was brown. The staff needs more guidance and support from management. A few months ago this place was the go to idk what went wrong🤷♀️
