I love this place, my favorite Boba place around with the most milk tea options. It's just the lobby has been looking a bit gross lately. The floors, the walls, the counter walls, and especially the bathroom are getting dirty looking with stains that it's making me feel gross looking around while waiting for my drink.

My favorite boba place in Utah. I live near Ogden and I have tried all the boba places surrounding Ogden, and they just don't compare, so whenever I am in the passing by bountiful, I always stop in to get myself a boba. The peach milk tea with mango popping boba is my go to.
I am obsessed with their passion fruit milk tea, i have to stop almost Every-time I pass bountiful, its so tangy and delicious the perfect passion fruit flavor, I’ve had milk teas other places but its just never the same, They have tons of fun topping too

The employees were kind and patient when I brought my young daughter in to try something new. They recommended jelly for her drink and she loved it! I will definitely be returning.
Horrible, rude customer service. Referring to the woman who worked today around 3 or so 5/1/24, who grew extremely annoyed that I had the audacity to walk in the door and order a boba. You gave an over the top mean look and unwelcoming words (that I thought it must be a joke at first because of how over the top bothered you were) because apparently it was rough for you to make a single simple drink. The whole time you were clearly annoyed, short tempered, grumpy and rushing-couldnt even bother to let me know my drink was ready, too. It was ONE drink. Please be a little more professional and kind. Your poor customer service is a turn off and will bring the business down. I will not be returning as you made it clear you had bad better things to be doing than your job.

It's really hard to give ding tea anything other than a 5 star. Some of the best boba drinks I have ever had. The flavors are amazing. It's almost impossible to get a bad drink in any of the other ding tea locations. I have been over 10 times and haven't had a bad drink.
