This place is THE BEST. We are regulars here now 🥰 every time we come, the food is yummy and consistent. The Gyoza and Karaage chicken is the best I’ve tried in Utah. We get it every time!

I am very new to ramen and wanted to check out this place. I appreciate the simple menu and had the chef’s ramen option. I can’t speak to the authenticity, as I’ve never had ramen … but this is damn good. The broth was rich and creamy and I really enjoyed it.

I ordered the spicy tonkotsu as usual. It was hot and spicy but not the spicy hot that I am accustomed to (like Level 5/5 h&s). The hot oil gave me a slight itch and that was it.
The broth is flavorful. Could use a double bump in the umami department. The thin noodle were just right, tender yet firm to the bite.
The dining area is open and spacious, with bright color scheme and mood lights. Bring a date in yukata and let the sake flow!
If this level of spicy is too much for you, have the hot oil on the side and spoon feed it in. Also have a jar of sour cream handy to stop the burn, the pain.
Long story short: I like it!

The meal was super delicious, hot but not spicy (though I prefer a little more burn on my tongue, due to where I’m from), and decently priced. Everyone enjoyed it and finished their meal. Highly recommend for a lunch stop!

When I searched for the best Japanese restaurant in the SLC area I was surprised this place came up in our backyard. The inside has a great atmosphere and the food was not only delicious but fairly priced. We will be back!

This may or may not be the best ramen I've had so far and that's considering I've been to places outside of Utah where good ramen is the norm. I had the black garlic tonkatsu with curvy noodles. The broth has a very distinct and strong meat flavor, owing to the fact that they slow cook the bone broth for hours and hours. It's also the first ramen place I've been to where I didn't have to add hot water to offset the extra salty. It was perfect. A good mix of savory and a little bit of sweet with an almost truffle oil kind of taste. The portion size was quite large and hearty while being lightweight on the spices. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I tried the fried rice too and it was very good as well. Again, that strong complex hearty meat flavor from the char siu. Each rice grain was an individual but also perfectly cooked, a bit chewy but not hard.

On this particular occasion, my first visit, they got the order slightly wrong where they got the soup and everything right. But the noodles were incorrect so I brought up to them and they just immediately remade the same order and allowed me to keep eating the first one that was incorrect which is very kind of them. Much appreciated and I was apologetic but they said it was no problem because well it was their mess up. What I'm trying to say is that's their service is very good and warm and friendly.

Definitely coming back and recommending this to my friends.

We ordered to go and added black garlic oil for 2.00 a ramen and it was burnt for both of ours. Also the Tofu was way sapped. Sat in a deep fryer way too long We called and told them as it kind of made the whole dish taste this way but they didn't care and just said have a good night. Sadly I used to love this place, But with the price tags for these mistakes.
