The food was hot and seemed fresh (and looked good), location is very clean and the lady taking orders was very helpful and friendly, she approached several times to make sure we were doing ok while eating. It’s refreshing to get actual customer service at a McDonalds in the us, reminds me of my childhood in my home country and how McDonald’s used to be focused on delivering a good experience.

So i came to this location today to get some fries and what a hassle! Didn’t ask for anything else but fresh fries! I asked 2 workers for my fries fresh and they still gave them to me cold. Then when I walked in one of the workers looked at me and said uh oh like they already knew they didn’t give them to me fresh. I don’t know how hard it is to just make fresh fries for a returning customer..

I don’t know where to start on this one… the girl that’s working the drive-through window couldn’t have more attitude and be more disrespectful by dismissing everything I’m asking for and walking away from the drive-through window when I’m talking to her…. would not recommend coming here unless you like being treated like that and then spoke to the manager and it makes sense why the other girl had attitude because the manager is just about as rude and disrespectful…

Store is super clean and a very nice staff. Half way through my meal someone can out and checked on everything. Some Mcdonalds are ran well and some are lost. This one os all over the details of guest service. Keep yo the good work.

I have purchased a $5 meal at four other locations and paid the difference to include a large Coke, Bountiful location told me that they are not able or allowed to do that. Drove 5 minutes to the next McDonald's and was able to get the order my 86 old mother had requested. Doesn't make sense if you're willing to pay an upgrade for a larger drink. Poor customer service experience.

Horrible customer service asked to have a drink upsized and the annoyed employee says nope not at this location. Will not be returning to this location ever again

How do you give someone nuggets and forget the sauce? It's astonishing how often this happens, thanks for the straw I didn't need though. Also the mccrispy is just a slab of nasty gristly chicken every time I order it, so people enjoy this?

Worst McDonald’s! Never have coffee, or ice cream. Drive thru is complete chaos. They will make you park even if you just get a drink. They workers are rude as hell.
