Nothing Bundt Cakes

I had the absolute best experience today thanks to Emma at the Bountiful Nothing Bundt Cakes! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such genuine kindness and a warm smile that immediately brightened my day. Her customer service skills are truly outstanding—she went out of her way to make sure I felt taken care of and valued. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a simple errand feel like a bright spot in your day, but she did exactly that. By the time I left, my mood was lifted and I couldn’t help but think how refreshing it is to be treated with that level of kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

I ordered cupcakes for a party for take out . Unfortunately I broke my leg on the day of pick up. I called the next day and explained why I hadn’t picked up the cupcakes. They were so kind and understanding that they not only delivered the cupcakes to my home they added a small strawberry cheese cake to the order for me!! I am so impressed and grateful for the thoughtful service and delicious cake!!

We love driving to Bountiful even though they're is another store closer to me, because the owner/manager is really great and my daycare kids are excited to pick out their treat and they do not act annoyed or put out by the kids coming in. We go a few times a month and the kids love the extra treat.

Fantastic establishment! I’ve come here for a couple years for some delicious cakes. One of the greatest perks is getting a free bundtlett on your birthday. I just barely received mine even though it was a day after it expired. Not sure if the employee saw that in which case I would happily pay if that was a problem. But exceptional service and quality that can’t be beat.

A friend and I stopped in tonight (7/16/24) to celebrate my three year anniversary of finishing chemo. The two staff that were working were both so sweet and wonderful. They didn't even hesitate in insisting they gift my celebration cake to me. It was such a kind gesture that they didn't need to do, but it means a lot that total strangers are willing to participate in celebrating with me. My friend had never been to a NBC before, but said after the customer service, how sweet they were, and how amazing the cake is, he is planning on giving them his business as well. So, to the manager of this chain, the two staff you had at this location are amazing and I hope that you use this to celebrate them.
