A friend and I stopped in tonight (7/16/24) to celebrate my three year anniversary of finishing chemo. The two staff that were working were both so sweet and wonderful. They didn't even hesitate in insisting they gift my celebration cake to me. It was such a kind gesture that they didn't need to do, but it means a lot that total strangers are willing to participate in celebrating with me. My friend had never been to a NBC before, but said after the customer service, how sweet they were, and how amazing the cake is, he is planning on giving them his business as well. So, to the manager of this chain, the two staff you had at this location are amazing and I hope that you use this to celebrate them.

The gals are amazing. I stopped to get my wife a gluten free bundt cake for mother's day. There was a misunderstanding and I ended up with a regular one. I live over an hour away and it wasn't until I got home. My wife looked at the cake I brought home and said, it isn't marked gluten free. So I called the store and Hannah took care of the problem. I personally was indifferent about Nothing Bundt Cake but after this I am a fan and I most definitely recommend NBT. Thank you for being so awesome!!!

Darling little shop and incredible service. They have the most delicious gluten free bundt cakes! Their standard GF flavor is chocolate chip in white cake - amazing! We also had a limited edition Lemon Raspberry GF that was incredible!! Highly recommend!

Love shopping for treats here. It’s a great place to grab a quick dessert or gift for a celebration. Their big cakes are delicious and perfect to celebrate birthdays for the family. The cream cheese icing is delicious. Cakes are neat and they also cater and do weddings

Can’t say enough about how much I enjoy this store! The cakes are beautifully decorated, delicious and are great gifts for friends and family! Manager and staff go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Very impressive! Thank you!!!

I had never tried this place but always wanted too, I am a huge cake junky. Between the poor service and dry cake. Kind of disappointing. I come in and I am greeted as if I was disturbing her space. I tell her it was my first time here and she looked at me with a straight face and replied “and” I asked “how does this work?” She had this attitude that almost made me just walk the F out of there. But I stayed in hopes that the cake is worth it. She couldn’t even help me identify the flavors they had. I couldn’t read the little display signs very well. So I just got the ones I could recognize. Carrot cake and red velvet. Carrot cake was alright. Not the greatest. The red velvet was pretty bad. It has all the food coloring and no chocolate and you can taste it. It was like eating play dough. If the service wasn’t so terrible. I would probably go back and try them all. But not worth being treated so poorly.
