I always have a nice experience at Pei Wei. The food is yummy and quick. I like the self-serve soda machines too.

Tasty menu items. The new online ordering works pretty good. Had a coworker get his order lost via the app, so I suggest paying when you get to the store. This month they have had some pretty good email deals.

I usually love this place, and it's definitely my go-to when I'm craving chicken and fried rice, but last time I went I had a horrible experience. I called ahead to place an order because I had to pick someone up from the airport, so I needed it ready ahead of time for them. I got there in 20 minutes (just like they told me) and when I went to the pickup desk and gave my name they said my order didn't exist. So even though I called and was assured it'd be ready, nothing was taken down, and the food wasn't even made. I was in a hurry to pickup my brother so I said forget about it, and what must have been a supervisor or manager told me they could have one out in two minutes for me. I said fine and they charged me FULL PRICE even though they failed to take down my order and I had to wait. After all that, it still took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready, not the promised 2. As always the food tasted great, but I was late to pickup my brother and left feeling really disappointed. What's the point of calling ahead if the food isn't even ready when you get there? I have also tried calling the restaurant several times after that to speak to a manager but haven't gotten through to anyone. Like I said, I love Pei Wei and I'm not normally one to complain but this was not a good experience :(

This wasn't a great experience. Our food was cold. It wasn't busy when we arrived yet it seemed to take quite a while for the kitchen to turn out our orders. The drink machine wasn't working for half our visit, in addition to being out of vanilla flavoring after they got it running again. Used to be run much smoother. Staff could have been more friendly, or informative.
