My food was horrible ask the waiter for no cinnamon in my french toast loaded with cinnamon!! Think the omelet and scrambled. Eggs were. LiquiEgg Substitute

I've come to Penny Ann's a couple of times in the past month and it's been amazing. The servers are shockingly quick and attentive considering how busy it can get, and they're always very kind. The food is great (I'd recommend the French toast) and they don't skimp on the butter! Prices are fair and portions are large.

This is our 2nd visit to Penny Ann's Bountiful, and we got the same waitress (Angel). Both visits have been absolutely delightful! The food is amazing, generous portions au a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is quaint, with an old time café feel. Angel is super sweet and attentive. Unfortunately she said today was her last day, and I wish her all the best! Thank you Angel for making our experiences so amazing!

A little slow on service not enough staff, food was 3 stars. I would rate this as 3.5 nothing standout other than the mini bite sized cinnamon scones.I prefer Scrambled as it’s more fresh tasting. Scones here was a little more soggy and honey butter too dense not as whipped as it could be. Eggs Benedict is not it here would not recommend, still taste too lemony/tart Lacked flavor. The hotcakes/pancakes was fluffy and good, too much whipped cream on top.

Had a great experience at breakfast. The food was amazing and our server Payton was happy and cheerful and made it an even better experience! Highly recommend!

A nice quality small town diner with breakfast available during lunch and a nice diner type menu.

Although the kitchen crossed the egg choices on our two orders, the waiter promptly brought us an extra plate to make switching them easy.

Friendly staff and good food. I'm sad they are not open for dinner but I understand why and will continue to go for breakfast and lunch.

Simple welcoming atmosphere, had the pleasure of being served by Penny Ann, and she was wonderful. Food was delicious, great birthday breakfast!

coffee was more of a dark roast if anything, and most waiters didn't clean up if they spilled soda or water. food was amazing with quite a few options. recommended !!
