Let’s talk about the good: the food was good. Seemed fresh. Now let’s talk about why it’s one star. $17 for a gyro? I find that offensive. I wouldn’t pay that at a full scale restaurant and definitely not at a fast casual place. The food was good, but not made out of gold. Also the first time I was in the manager came around and greeted the guests. She was great… I guess management has changed it doesn’t seem like it’s a better experience. For instance… no one seems to speak English now. I just want to be understood when I order. Again this wasn’t an issue before the manger was right there to assist. Now I guess we have to point and grunt for our overpriced food. OR I just go somewhere else without a language barrier and more value for my money. I hope they figure out how to provide a better experience… but this will be a hard pass from me from now on.

Hadn’t been here in about 2 years, decided to try it again. Now I remember why I hadn’t been here in so long. No. Nope. Never again. I can’t even believe how expensive it is. I could name 5 sit down restaurants in the area that would cost less to eat at. I don’t in any way understand how a ‘build your own’ is more expensive than the ‘original pita.’ I got a chicken pita, but because I didn’t get the ‘original pita’ toppings it was MORE money. I got FEWER and CHEAPER toppings than the ‘original’ but it cost MORE because it’s considered ‘build your own.’ It’s absolutely crazy. I almost walked out when they told me that it was going to be more to put the toppings I actually wanted on it. And the nail in the coffin is that they got rid of the mango sauce. Bad bad bad. So bad. Also, didn’t have wheat pitas, which I went at noon so not sure how they’re already out of those. The place was practically empty and for good reason.

I don’t know what to say.
Up charge for hummus and yo charge for feta at a Mediterranean restaurant is kinda wild. Like why?
Posted menu makes it hard to understand what you can and cannot order. No where does it say you can get falafel, yet I know you can. Kids falafel? Nope.
Isn’t a build your own? What is even going on?

Just go to bountiful Greek cafe. Seriously a fraction of the price, the gyro meat is WAY better and the food is light and refreshing even if you leave full you don't feel sick. Where as with Santorinis, it's unbelievably greesy and the gyro tastes like dog food. Everything is fried and literally dripping with oil. My stomach hurt for two days after. For me and my husband our meal was 45 bucks whereas we can both eat at bountiful Greek cafe for under around $20 if we get fries or for only $15 if we just get the gyros which are the best I've ever had.

Love, love Santorini's. The garlic fries and street fries are to die for. Awesome options for vegans, gluten free, etc.

The counter service is quick here. Our food was so delicious and the proportions felt huge. The variety of sauces they offer is awesome. The kids menu is nice too. My kids loved their meals.

Vegetarian options: The Falafel is amazing and you can have it in a few options here.

Terrible experience. Simply asking for garlic sauce on the side and management gives me a horrible time over it. It’s ridiculous when you’re spending over $40 worth of food and they can’t even make a simple replacement over sauce. Felt gaslighted by the terrible manager.

Super good Greek food. It feels like you're in a greek cafe right on the Mediterranean. I got the Wasatch gyro and it was very filling! The fries were good too. I got the donor aioli and it was very delicious I would highly recommend it!!
