Food is normal Texas Roadhouse food. The shouting, dancing, and yehawing every 2-5 minutes by the employeea gets old pretty quick when you are trying to have a conversation. Edited to 1 star sorry because employees kept shouting while I was trying to hold a conversation. Management, shouting louder does not make the employees easier to understand.

Was told it was a 15 minute wait, got called up in 8 minutes. Was told to stand in front of the roll station blocking servers from getting rolls for a good 20 minutes. Very unorganized from host station! They had a gentleman seating people who seemed to be illiterate cause he would just show tickets to people to find them. I’m very proud of him for trying to make do with the job he was given but very disappointed to see that a company would put an individual in that situation when he could be a runner or something that doesn’t require to out him like that.
Got seated and our actual server was AMAZING!!! Although the runner that brought our salad was extremely rude, with the way she kinda threw the salads down and said here you go! I said thank you and I got a yup as she was already walking away with an annoyed attitude. We told our server and she passed it on to the manager.
We have come here for 10 plus years and this was the worst I have ever seen this location. Runners on the phone and others texting at the bread station. Seems to have a lot of employees that either don’t want to work or the work ethic training needs some work!

Our usual experience with Texas Roadhouse is good, but they served my kids a plate of ribs that was covered in charcoal burn. My husband, who never complains, asked who in the world plates such a bad piece of ribs! I don’t know why I didn’t take a picture. After waiting for a new plate to come out, the meat was better, but still dry for what you usually get for ribs there, so we were still disappointed. The waitress took a long time to come back for us to show her the mistake and didn’t check back with us much during our meal. She didn’t refill our water at all.

We love Texas Roadhouse but this was a really bad experience. When you go to Texas Roadhouse as a bigger party, you get split in half which sucks but we totally understood how busy they were. My mom ordered a Medium steak (on her birthday) and got a gray, charcoaled steak. Mentioned it to our server and she helped us and was wonderful. The manager came over and was quite rude and told my mom her steak was bad because she didn’t like au jus. It was a really odd experience and could have been an off day but it was a really unpleasant experience. However, our server was absolutely incredible and I applaud her service. She was wonderful and kept up with our table.
Shout out to the best server Keylee. Came on a busy Friday and she made us feel like her only priority. Food is always consistent and delicious. A favorite for a reason.

As a dad of a young child, Texas Roadhouse hits the sweet spot between family-friendly and full-on flavor. The atmosphere is loud enough that no one notices a toddler meltdown, and the servers are always patient and quick with the kid’s food, which is a huge win.
The best dish? Hands down, the Ribeye. It’s juicy, perfectly seasoned, and grilled just right. Add a side of their cinnamon butter rolls (which my kid devours like dessert), and you’ve got a meal that keeps both dad and little one happy. Solid go-to for a no-stress family dinner.

Keylee was our bartender and she provided excellent service! She was very knowledgeable about the Utah liquor laws that my girlfriend and I were very curious about being from FL. Overall food, drinks and service were all 5 stars. Thanks again Keylee for great service.

Extremely happy with today's visit to the Bountiful location. Excellent service and food. Everyone ordered something different and it was all good and our server Kenzie was 5 star plus. Definitely will come back to this location again. Two huge thumbs up !!
