Came in tonight during a busy hour and decided to sit at the bar. Jenny was our server and she took excellent care of us! I ordered the cheese fries appetizer & a little sour mocktail. Both were very filling & easily shareable. Jenny made sure to check on us multiple times during our visit and was super quick with our requests. We will be sure to request her as our server again in the future. Thank you! 😊

My steak tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for 18 months - disgusting. But the peanuts were a good addition. At least the service was good. I was served by McKenzie Martinelli - she did her job right. She is a delightful young lady. I can't say the same about the food. This place is nothing special. I will not be back. Please fix your food and I will consider revisiting.

April was our server today and she did an amazing job she was very attentive and kind. There were 11 of us so we know it was a lot to handle but she was very sweet and was quick with everything hands down some of the best service from probably any restaurant she made our meal 10 times better I don’t leave reviews often but she deserves it just in case people here don’t appreciate her enough

I'll always get five stars.They are wonderful over there.The food is great.The prices are okay.They could be better.I had a steak the other day and it was not medium rare but I didn't want to complain.But the server noticed that it wasn't, and he went and got me a new one.Anyways thank you

Food was amazing. Our server was amazing but we noticed several employees sitting down at dirty tables to play on their phone or to sit and talk with each other and not a about work. Noticed a busser sitting and talking with a server while a server cleaned their own table. At this point the restaurant was full. I also noticed several employees going to the bathroom together. 🤔As being in the service industry i pay the busser to clean my tables.
My husband and I just left Texas Roadhouse in Bountiful, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
From the beginning, our server seemed to be in a bad mood and not very attentive. We ordered two beers and an onion appetizer to start, and then placed our food order. Our intention was to enjoy the beers with the appetizer, but the onion arrived and the beers never came. After almost 30 minutes, I had to get up and find our server to ask about them.
She went to the bar and brought our beers, which were already prepared. When I asked how long they had been sitting there, she said probably about 15 minutes and admitted that she had forgotten them. On top of that, the beer I received was the wrong size. I mentioned it to her, but she didn’t seem to care or take it seriously.
When our food finally arrived, it was cold and missing the mushrooms I had ordered. Our server never came back to the table to check on us or ask if we needed anything else.
Overall, this experience was very frustrating and far from the level of service we expected.

We’ve had good experiences here before, but this visit was disappointing. Our server, Matt, missed items on both my order and my wife’s and still tried to charge us for them. The service felt careless and inattentive. When we brought it up, the manager only removed the charges—no acknowledgment or effort to make it right. The music was also extremely loud. Overall, not a good experience.
