Wingers Restaurant & Alehouse

Went here for a company celebration.
We almost went to Texas roadhouse but thought it might take longer start to finish. We'll, we should have. Only about half the group ate more than 20% of their plate. We got drinks, so that was nice, but the waitress didnt even know what drinks they had to offer, and didnt make much of an attempt to find out. Most of us walked over to the tap to see for ourselves. When we were finished it took a while to find our server, we actually had to go seek her out. Kind of a rough experience overall, half the group liked it tho... 🤷‍♂️

Not good. Me and my wife got there around 3:30. The server was polite and out food came out fast. That being said the food was not good and I wish I would have stopped eating after the first bite. I wondered 10 wings and I was only able to put down 3 and a half before I stopping. My wife got the sticky fingers and she could only eat one before she stopped. I'm writing this about an hour later and me and my wifes stomach is all messed up and I don't feel quite right. I will not go back to THIS wingers. I hope they get their stuff figured out because I love the wings at the South Jordan location.

Last night we came in and had the worst service I think I've ever had. Our waitress greeted us and gave us our drinks quickly. We didn't see her for another 20 minutes. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant and their waitress was very attentive with them. Finally our waitress comes back and we order. Then when our food comes out, my burger was not the temperature I ordered and the wrong sauce on the sticky fingers. Our drinks were rarely full, but when she did come to refill them, she filled my Starry with water. She did not check on us the entire meal. We saw her when we got our drinks, when we got our food, and when we asked for a box and the check. Super disappointed with our server.

If you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all. 😬

Honestly very disappointed. Not the wingers I remember. I got the fish and chips for $17. Got 2 little strips of fish and 3lbs of mediocre fries. Not worth my money. My wife got the sticky finger salad that had half of a sticky finger cut up. Not worth it. We will not be visiting again. Save your money to go across the street to Texas Roadhouse. Not to mention that our server was MIA for most the night couldn’t get a drink refill until we left. Not worth it.

Haven't been to Wingers in a while. Marci was our server. She's a hoot! We had wings fries and a salad. It was all very good. Thank you Marci, you made the experience fun!!

I had a poor experience. we walked in, and there was no host. We stood there for about five minutes and watched multiple tables of people stand up and leave because they hadnt been served. After about 15 minutes of the servers ignoring us and no sign of a host anywhere we decided to leave.

Usually my favorite place to come after work. The staff are normally very nice, and the restaurant is well maintained in the FOH. However tonight they closed the bar way before closing and they made it apparent that we were not welcome after 930pm. The staff came to the front and glared at us. I was disappointed since I was looking forward to get a fruity drink and unwind after work. I hope this isn’t a new norm. Definitely still give them a try even though tonight’s rating is bad.

Wow, Wingers has definitely turned over a new leaf. The staff were great, very courteous and the food was great. Highly recommend this location.

Zina was our server and she was amazing! She was so bubbly, kind, and attentive. Overall just had a great attitude and was so nice!

The food this time around was 10/10! The fries were cooked to perfection, golden brown and had the right crisp to them. The teriyaki fingers were superb. Even the carrots and celery were fresh. We’ll definitely be coming here again and requesting Zina when we do. 😁

Very kind and very helpful. Food was delicious and served fresh. Zina was fantastic!

The restaurant was nice and the server was okay. I ordered a margarita and a friend ordered another type of drink. I took a taste of my drink, it tasted just like lime water. There was no alcohol in the drink at all. I had my friend taste it and he said the same, no alcohol in the drink. I took a taste of my friends drink and you could definitely taste the alcohol. I told the waiter about the drink and he mentioned that it was a Utah law. I know the Utah laws and the amount they can serve. He said if I bring another one it will taste the same. Drinks I’ve had at other restaurants have all been fine. So, I paid $8 for a glass of watered down lime juice. The waiter didn’t even listen that there was no alcohol in this drink. The chicken sandwich was nothing special I’ve had better at Wendy’s.
