The waiter was appalled that we asked for a beer. Tried to hurry my family out . Terrible service. Queso was good. Mario needs a new career

Got the loaded bird and it did not come as advertised. Fries instead of mash. Too much cheese. Very disappointed.
So disappointed in my favorite sticky fingers. They were over cooked and dry. All the Wingers sauce couldn't help them.

The quality of the food has noticeably declined. Our previous visit was disappointing, but we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this experience was even worse, with even the simplest items like vegetables and mashed potatoes poorly prepared. Regrettably, we won’t be returning. After leaving, we also noticed we were charged for 2 salads we didn’t get OR even order!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the food was horrible. I got the wrap and it was made with a single bite size sticky finger. The “creamy amazing”was more like “water not so amazing”
My wife got the garlic bad breathe burger and the burger was flavorless the garlic sauce however was quite delightful.
I’m sorry, but it’s a no for me dog.

If you are anxious for disappointment this is the place to go!! Got the rosemary garlic fries and they had zero garlic, rosemary or seasonings. After being sent back they came out status quo. Dont be lazy chef we can see it! Oh let's not forget to mention that the waitress didn't even Apologize for the lack luster food but more rolled her eyes as though we were bothering her on her day off. Wings with 🔥🔥🔥🔥 were literally goose egg , zero spice level. So disappointing!! Overall handheld, apps etc need to be seasoned by someone with a pallet and the servers should be there to serve and not act like we are interrupting their 15 minute smoke break. Won't be going back which is a shame because I used to love this spot.

Ordered take out spent quite a lot and food was burnt they say sautéed onions and vegetables they where burnt says bbq sauce it was not bbq it was some kind of sauce that was awful fries not good whole meal was awful could not eat it and had to get something else for dinner

This was my third bad experience in a row at Bountiful Wingers. We’ve visited a couple of times a year since it opened, and the staff has been consistently un-helpful, sometimes rude and argumentative: “That is what you ordered”. “Its not my fault”
It’s a very nice space, but I’ve tried one-too-many times to like this place. My bad… will not visit Bountiful Wingers again.
* ps - I’ve never had a bad experience at any other Wingers restaurant. Only bad management & ownership combined could consistently employ servers that are this bad, this unprofessional.

Our server was a little strange, but the job got done.
It was a strange time of day, so there was a lot of standing around by the employees. I'm sure there was side work that could of been done.

You know this place has really gone down hill… the food is super subpar the past year or so. Most of the staff aren’t as lively these days. I remember when I used to come in regularly there used to be a great team who used to work so well any time I came to eat. There used to be a cook with a grey beanie and a tattooed blonde and a bald older gentleman and anytime I saw all 3 of them I knew the service was going to be great! What happened wingers? Step it up!

No customer service. Don’t expect to get what the menu says. They’ll make excuse after excuse to not give you what you paid for. Took 30 minutes to get a glass of water. There’s four people in the restaurant.
I kindly asked for the manager because our dessert was not as depicted. It clearly said two scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. None of that happened. When the manager came over, it was very clear that I was an inconvenience and she was not willing to do anything. Such a shame, that place used to be so good in the other bountiful location.
