Ordered food in drive through. Was asked to pull around. Waited 5 minutes then 2 other cars from drive up asked to pull around. Another 5 minutes and food was brought out to the other 2 cars and a door dash driver. Went inside and was told they forgot to put potato cakes in. Gave me a free sandwich coupon that expired last year. Terrible service at the West Jordan location.

They quite literally can never get anything right. Originally thought that it was just a one-time experience, but it has happened every single time we have gone, they forget multiple items, and we have to continuously go back to get everything we paid for

Shorted us on curly fries on the last 2 visits. Not filled to the top, on a large fry only had enough to fill a small fry container! Friendly staff, but fill the dang fries! Time to find a new location

I used to go to Arby's often, just for their chicken cordon blue. The last couple of years when I've tried it again, it's just not good anymore. It was my favorite thing to get at Arby's, so now I usually get food from somewhere else.
Went through the drive through. Got the 50 piece nuggets. Yummy.

They put old hard very dry cant chew crinkle fries and it was very disappointing especially because I walked there and never going BACK.

We have always enjoyed roast beef from Arby's. Our favorite is the Beef N Cheddar. We live in Southern California and many Arby's have discontinued this item! The service at this location was great and the people were friendly.

We were the only ones in the drive through, the lobby was closed, and a very grumpy worker told us to drive around to the front. We waited 20 minutes for an agreed worker to finally bring out our food. The fries were overcooked and cold and our sandwiches had meat that was so grisly it was inedible. I would not recommend this location. Not worth the time or money!

The customer service is terrible I placed an online order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up. She told me it wasn’t ready and to go inside and I told her I placed it so I can go thru the drive thru not go out of my way and go inside. She snapped back and was really rude. I told the next window how she acted and their excuse was she was sick. Being sick doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude. I also had another experience with this location only with them forgetting one of my food items. Overall this store doesn’t have a good reputation for me.
