The day time this place is great but at night the food is horrible the service is even worse management needs to do something about the food quality and service I ordered two chicken cordon bleus they say pull out front while we make your chicken fresh for you wait fifteen minutes to get over cooked chicken and cold fries so obviously they bagged fries while waiting on sandwiches

My chihuahua has more meat on it than the classic chicken sandwich it was paper thin for a chicken sandwich. The tomato was more thick than the chicken! What a joke fast food is becoming!

We used to love this arbys but over the last 6 months we have gotten food poisoning 3 times from this location last night being the third. I dont know that ill ever eat here again and I wish i could get all my money back from the lost work and spoiled food we got. The customer service was awful. And I have never been this sick in my entire life.

I find it perplexing that, during the drive-through process, customers are often instructed to pull forward and wait for their food. I would appreciate any clarification on the reasoning behind this practice. Thank you.

I placed an order summer of 2024 using the family pack coupon. When I received the food I quickly noticed that the roast beef was undercooked. Unfortunately I had not noticed until after my girlfriend and I had eaten a bite of two. As a result we ended up sick with gastrointestinal issues shortly after. The chicken that came with the deal had obviously been overcooked as it was dry and resembled jerky. Lastly, the fries were alright but seemed as though they had sat out for 15-20 min prior to my arrival which is consistent with the previous two times I ordered. Also make sure to check the bag for your sauce. They will ask you what sauce you want but forget to put it in the bag about half the time.
Note: this Arby’s used to be a five star Arby’s. Once Gary retired things have not been the same. However I’d say these recently issues I’ve had with food being undercooked/overcooked and the fries never being fresh has been within the last 9 months. I also only go there around 8pm to 11pm so maybe avoid those hours.

Love this location! We usually go late at night after I'm done at work. Crew is always nice, food is always correct and the sandwiches actually look decent and not like they elbow dropped it before wrapping it. I love their chicken sandwiches!
I can't comment on the food since I was picking up a DoorDash order, but my experience was inconvenient. At 10 AM, all the doors were locked, so I had to use the drive-through. After placing the order, I was instructed to park and wait for the food to be brought out, which added unnecessary delays. I was surprised that the training manager, Christie Slater, was there, as she was the one who handed me the food.

Ordered 3 sliders and a wrap. What a joke, each slider was literally 1 small popcorn chicken piece in between 2 buns. The wrap was just as bad.
If I could give no stars I would, They can never get orders right, I ordered a Roast beef sandwich and got a beef and Cheddar sandwich, and unfortunately I can’t eat the beef and Cheddar so it just gets thrown away every time, I forgot to check it before I left through the drive through to make sure the food is correct because apparently they need to be micromanage every time you order, I don’t have the time to go back and get it fixed, it’s constantly wrong, and on top of the food being wrong it’s not fresh. It feels like it’s been sitting out all day, I will be going to a different place from now on, the Employees are rude and not very nice. Very Disappointing not worth the money.

RUDE! The lady working the drivethur and the person making the sandwiches on 5/25/2025 between 7:30-8:30 were some of the rudest service workers I've even meet and I work for a large restaurant in town. We were in the drive thur and my daughter was leaned forward watching them thur the window making our sandwiches and the guy making the sandwiches yelled something at us and the lady came running over and slammed something over the window so we could see. ... very sketchy. Then she basically threw the food thru the window at us. My son's sandwiches was wrong so he went back 10 mins later and the ladt at the cash register was soooo nice to him and told him the would remake it but when she went back to where the sandwiches were made he could hear someone yelling at her and says that they weren't going to remake it. She came back and apologized and just gave him a side of the sause that the sandwich was missing.You may want to look at your staffing policies and decied if who you have working for you right now if why you have a 2 star rating.... we live less than 5 minutes away from this store but will drive the extra 15 minutes to get better food and service.

Very poor customer service, while we were waiting in the drive thru they slammed the fridge door open against the drive thru window so we could not see what was going on with are food. And the cashier was very rude handing us are food. I love Arby's but this experience doesn't want me want to visit there again.
