Archibalds doesn't take reservations, but we were able to walk right in early on a Friday night. I have a feeling it may get pretty busy later in the evening. There was parking available right in front. The service was cheerful and the restaurant was pretty quiet. The food was good. I loved their blackberry fojito. It is a great place for a regular date night.

Enjoyed a nice lunch at this rustic and elegant grist mill turned restaurant.The service was okay. We weren’t overly impressed by him.The food was very good for the most part. The fried green tomatoes and avocados were ok. They weren’t seasoned very well and the sauce was very running and just a decent flavor. I was expecting a lot more based on the hype. The Cobb salad was excellent with the balsamic vinaigrette. The mill burger and almond chicken croissant sandwiches were good as well. The onion rings were very good. The potato was decent as well.We would go back.

Im used to going to restaurants and not being able to eat anything. I’m on a gluten free, dairy free diet and Archibalds is SO accomadating! I had a wonderful gluten free pasta and it made me so happy! The service is also so good and we’ve never waited long for a table. Love this place!

My first time here. I ordered cornbeef and cabbage...I was SO disappointed. The thinly sliced corn beef was so dried and the cabbage was not what I expected. It was AWFUL!!!! The worst I have ever had. I was looking for more traditional cornbeef and cabbage. Don't order this if you real fan of cornbeef and cabbage. However, Linda, my server was amazing! Great service!

We were very excited about this one. We had heard a lot about Archibald's, and were anxious to give it a try. I'd have to say the food was a little disappointing. But the service was superior and the atmosphere was great! We'll probably want to go back and try something else on the menu.

We got the fried green tomatoes. They were alright. I got the pot pie I actually really liked it. My husband got a burger, he enjoyed it. The service was good overall. The check was brought before we were asked if we wanted dessert. We didn't want dessert but it's nice being asked. Pretty cute environment but it was hot in there.
I had a sesame ginger chicken salad & it was really good. Last time I got a crab & grapefruit type of salad...it was okay but I wouldn't choose it again as I've liked other things better. I really like the lemon artichoke pasta as well. It's nice to come for a weekday lunch. I don't usually try coming on a weekend anymore...too crowded & parking difficult on weekend.

Excellent food and service. The atmosphere could have been better if the staff didn't gather right outside the main eating area and laugh, sometimes at other customers within earshot of customers. But that's the only issue I could find with the experience.
