Ordered the Papa burger combo and the hamburger was terrible, couldn't eat it. All the pickles were piled up in one spot, the sauce was put on thick and sloppy. Just really bad quality. Retrain the cook. Not coming back.

I usually don't write reviews but this place as really gone down hill. We ordered 4 combo papa meals and the burgers were greasy to the point the bread was soggy and the burgers were cold.

I just got biscuits and fries and they made me wait for 30 minutes. By the time I got my food, my fries were cold. The biscuits were feshly made, but one of the workers smashed their finger into it for some reason.

The guy at the drive through said he would hook me up with fry sauce and hook me up he did. The entire meal was great! Excellent staff!!

Went in to fill my A&W bottle up with root beer. Been to several different locations and they where all willing to refill my jug but at this location the young kids had to call and ask a manager who said they don't do that anymore as the jug wasn't purchased from this specific store. They took almost 30 minutes to tell me this after I originally asked. When I asked to buy a jug they said we don't sell them and we never have. Definitely not going to this location ever again.

Not a reaturant, but now fast food. The food was good, the service was great, and they did not expect a tip for fast food service.

I don’t remember the last time I had this stellar of service at a fast food restaurant. The guy that took our order, it says Braden C, was friendly and kind and SO patient with a huge family that went before us. Our food came out accurately and was quite tasty. The restaurant was spotless and the staff was on top of cleaning up after people left.

I don’t usually leave reviews, especially bad ones but I feel this warrants it. I went there after getting my kids their chick fila as I didn’t want that tonight. Total time at chick fila with a line down the parking lot was about 5-10 minutes. Super quick. Go to A&W, order a cheeseburger and fries. I am asked to pull around and sit there, and sit there and sit there. 3 other people get their orders before me. The person bringing the orders out asks me what I ordered. I tell him and he disappears inside. 5 minutes later still nothing. I go in and get my order myself. I would think after 20+ minutes I would have at least had fresh fries. Nope, they were soggy and old. Should have just ate chick fila ??‍♀️

This really should be renamed as it's an A&W+KFC combo, the cheese curds and chicken sandwich came out quick and were fresh though the fries were not quite so, other than that it was really run of the mill. If you want to try the restaurant root beer it's different than the bottled stuff so if that is why you are going it makes a fine stop, or if you just want to be able to find something for everyone you are with I would say that this is a good stop.

They were rude! And they weren't super willing to help. They messed up my order. I wouldn't go to this locations. They made me a float when I asked for a freeze. They weren't nice about remaking it. The lady checking me out kept asking us our order after we told her what we wanted.

If they ask you to pull forward don’t do it they will forget about you. Our “big” order was 1 rootbeer float. 20 mins later I walked in to get it myself. Avoid this place.

Been here a number of times in the year that I've lived across the street.The food is so overpriced considering the flavor and portion size you get. Just bought a $2.50 ice cream cone which had less ice cream than most of the free sample kiddy cones my kids have received from places all over the state and country

Parking: No on inside dining

Food was cold and they were out of carbonated drinks, which would not have been an issue had we known before we paid. They seemed to be staffed sufficiently but were still really backed up. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning from the cold burger.
