Hands down one of the best treats I’ve tasted in YEARS! Ice cream pizza! Chewy BROWNIE for the crust filled with frozen mint chocolate chip ice cream, with chunks of Oreo cookies sprinkled on top and then drizzled with chocolate fudge… WHAT! 💙

Extremely disappointed right now. We spent 55 dollars on a ice cream cake that was labeled white cake, strawberry ice which was exactly what my son wanted for his 16th birthday. Instead we got white cake with vanilla ice cream. The absolute worst cake I have ever had. Do not purchase a pre-made ice cream cake from this place.

This baskin robins is alright, almost everytime I have gone the employees are all rude teenagers who really have no patience. I accidentally pronounced one of the ice cream names wrong and the employee helping me laughed at me and mocked me and then proceeded to keep repeating my mispronunciation over and over again. My order has also been done incorrectly multiple times, and I don’t think that should happen with how simple my order is. For example I ask for cookie dough and they give me gummy bears instead, ik I can simply pick the gummy bears out but I feel as if these mistakes shouldn’t happen as often as they do as cookie dough is completely different from gummy bears. Overall, if you’re looking for an ice cream place you can go here, but don’t be surprised if the experience isn’t a good one but rather one with many flaws

This place is always super busy (at least every time I’ve gone) and they don’t have enough Employees. Last time I visited, my heart went out to the 2 young girls working - both under 5’4 and in their mid teens. I don’t know how they were able to reach into the Ice Cream tub without falling in, and consequently both of their arms were covered in dried ice cream. They both looked so exhausted, but they were very sweet.

I bought a double chocolate ice cream cake and it came with confetti cake instead. The person I got this for hates that kind, please actually check before labeling wrong! I'm really disappointed.

My daughter-in-law ordered two banana splits for us for Mother’s Day the Saturday before. The ice cream arrived quickly and was correct BUT it was half melted. It was not a warm day. It’s too bad that the drivers do not have small refrigerated coolers in their vehicles to keep the ice cream frozen. We were very disappointed in our order.

What friendly employees you have! And that marigold dreamcicle is such a unique ice flavor. It's been YEARS since I've been to baskin-robbins, I had forgotten how good the ice cream is. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors!

Every single time I go in to grab a cake last minute, you always have the WORST combinations!! What happened to just a good old chocolate chip ice cream with a chocolate cake. I went in today and 6 of the cakes didn't even have cake. I was excited that a Baskin Robbins was coming near my home...not the feeling anymore!

We’ve been going here for years. Lately the service has changed. When you’re about to be next in line the employees ending helping people that came in after us. Tonight is not the first time. We try to wait patiently but just tired of the incompetence here. Once is ok but three times is just too much. Poor

placed an online order + called a few mins afterwards to confirm it had been received as I did not receive a confirmation email for my order + the girl I spoke with (I believe she was the manager) told me to place another order for the same thing as it had not come through on her end + if it was duplicated she would refund me.what kind of logic is that? the $$ had already been taken off my card. thankfully I didn’t take that foolish advice but called a second time to check if they had gotten my order yet + it wasn’t until I specified what my order was that she said she had my order ready for pick up.cake was not satisfying. wouldn’t order again.
