They don’t stir drinks… Doesn’t matter if it’s an iced drink, or a frozen one.. they don’t stir them. Whenever I get an iced drink the first sip is ALWAYS warm, and this last time I got a frozen caramel cielo and they put the caramel directly on the bottom, and didn’t stir it therefore my first sip was a mouth full of nothing but caramel. Pretty disappointing.

Out of Frappe mix.. never open.. shut it down already.. 😒

Sometimes this location is hit and miss with getting your order right, which I understand happens in customer service. It does kind of suck when you tip every time, but more times than not your order is wrong. Buy honestly, lately my experience has been much better and Gabe is always very kind, quick and has a great attitude! :)

Coffee is great! However, most the time I can’t even get my coffee. They’ll be closed when their hours are supposed to be open. Or someone will be there but not help you through the drive through! Doors often locked during business hours, and this has been happening for the last couple months! I would try another location and see if you have better luck!

The customer service has always been great for me here. The ladies are very attentive and sweet, and are kind to my young daughter when I bring her in.

I used to like beans and brews until they started messing up my orders and the baristas are rude whenever I’d explain to them what I actually got. Other coffee places I’ve been to, first off don’t mess up but when they do, they are very nice and fix it and own up to it. These people do not. Anyways, tried coming back and it closes at 6? I just wanted a hot chocolate after the snow but whatever. NEVER coming back to beans. Would rather go to any other coffee shop.

The ladies that helped me were very kind and friendly. They made me a hot latte but when I told them that it was supposed to be an iced latte, the immediately fixed it by remaking it for me.

Vegetarian options: A good variety of sugar free flavor options as well as Almond milk and oat milk.

It’s past 8 o’clock in the morning and the store isn’t open. Google says it’s open and there’s no sign on the door, but all the lights are off and the doors are locked. Not a single employee, or the owner, has shown up in three hours to open the store? Super weird and kind of eerie.

Today I went to get my coffee and they were not open. It was 6:30am. They open at 5:30am. This has happened a few times the last few months. It’s all new people. I used to love going here. I think it’s time to find a new location. Disappointed.

Since when does it take 30 mins to get through 3 cars??? It seems lately everytime I go the wait time is just insane! And they are not even busy! I have been a fan of beans for years but perhaps time to find a new go to because no one has time for this.

Today i stopped to get a coffee and its somewhat busy, however the girl that was at the window did not give me a receipt and proceeded to slam the window after she shoved the coffee in my hand. Not entirely sure why this management would allow such customer service. I didnt expect that to happen and get my order wrong and recieve no help. Not until now i go to leave a review i see another person having an issue like this and it seems like that issue has NOT been fixed. Whether its the same girl or not its not okay. And needs to be resolved.
