Girl that was working was very rude. Couldn’t hear through the speaker so I placed my order at the window and after repeated 2 at the window she still got it wrong. 28$ is crazy for a couple things

Placed an online order through the beans and brews app and my order never got delivered , I tried to contact the store by phone to get a refund and they never answered , ordering through the app is just not secure at all

Went to beans and brews in West Jordan clearly, the floors were disgusting. The bathroom had no tissue. The two people in the register area were laughing joking when I came out to order didn’t seem to care anything about what was going on. We’re on their phones constantly finally came over and took my order. No one was in the place at all, just me and them they were just messing around laughing again talking. I waited for my order to come took him about 15 minutes. They said oh we’re sorry we didn’t know we could make decaf in here but we figured it out after I got my coffee. It was absolutely horrible. The place had garbage everywhere. The cans were full. The tables were unclean. I will never go back to this beans bruise I’ll go back to the one in Draper very clean nice people. Good luck with this one.

I used to enjoy going to this location. My last experience was not good and I am hesitant to ever return again. The employees were helpful and friendly, however I went in to purchase a gift card after receiving a promo text from Beans & Brews about extra bonus points from purchasing a gift card through 12/1. I went in and purchased the gift card on 11/30 and the manager there said that the app scanner was broken so they could print out a receipt, which they did. When I got home to scan the receipt into the app, all I got was an error, even when trying to input the numbers in manually. I left a feedback request via the app, however I never heard anything back and no points were ever awarded so it felt like a scam/fake promotion just to get customers to go in and buy with no intention of delivering on what they said that they were going to do. Between that and the machines not working properly, I don't have a desire to return. False advertising is a deal breaker for me.

*Update/Edit 12/3/25: Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars as they did reach out to me today to correct the issue, which is appreciated. The only reason for not giving 4 or 5 stars was due to the extra time and energy it took me to have to get it all figured out and taken care of, when it should have been seamless from the beginning.

I literally hate this location because some of the staff is not properly trained on how to make the drinks. I ordered a caramel cielo and it came out like a crappy vanilla frappe… I tried calling the locations number multiple times and no answer and the voicemail is full. I don’t like to complain but this has happened multiple times and is making me want to end my Starbucks boycott at this point.

Currently waiting for my order, trying not to slip in the growing puddle of water slowly creeping out in front of me. Was approached at the register and asked to order after standing there several minutes being ignored. As I was asked, this lady interrupted him and loudly said “ Don’t help her first!” And she proceeded to take the order at the window. The gentleman, clearly embarrassed, apologized to me. He did what she asked and quickly ran back to take my order apologizing again. I don’t know if she is the manager but she has HORRIBLE customer service. I’ll go to the B&B down the street next time!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The drive-thru took a long time, and when I reached the window, my order was incorrect. My drink was not the espresso float I ordered; instead, it was a poorly made latte that looked like melted ice cream. Additionally, they were out of the coffee cake I wanted. The staff taking my order seemed inattentive and did not listen properly. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

I had asked for a Mr.bs with oat milk. When I got to the window they reread my order for me which they said almond milk, I corrected them and said it’s supposed to be with oat milk. They “fixed” it (just on the machine) and gave me my drink. I try it after I left the window and it was in fact made with almond milk. Imagine I’m allergic and die 😹 They probably thought I wouldn’t notice. Still could’ve remade it for me or at least told me it was made with almond milk but didn’t lmao. Thanks beans.

I came in shortly before closing and was nearly turned away. Ayla mentioned she had already “pulled her lobby till,” which meant she couldn’t ring up a gift card in the lobby. She suggested I go through the drive-through, but when I asked if she could use that register instead, I was met with noticeable attitude and a comment, “I’m not the manager, I just work here.” After some back and forth, she did eventually process the gift card at the drive-through register, but the experience felt unnecessarily difficult. A little more customer focus and professionalism would have gone a long way, and I imagine ownership would be disappointed to see a customer treated this way.

Shifty

Made an order. They have a ridiculous bathrooms locked policy. Asked them to unlock the bathroom so my son can wash his hands before he eats the meal. Nope they can’t unlock it. Health code violations everywhere. Reporting to the board of health and I will never be back. Bathrooms locked is a disgusting unhealthy policy. Not being able to wash your hands is disgusting.
