Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I used to like beans and brews until they started messing up my orders and the baristas are rude whenever I’d explain to them what I actually got. Other coffee places I’ve been to, first off don’t mess up but when they do, they are very nice and fix it and own up to it. These people do not. Anyways, tried coming back and it closes at 6? I just wanted a hot chocolate after the snow but whatever. NEVER coming back to beans. Would rather go to any other coffee shop.

The ladies that helped me were very kind and friendly. They made me a hot latte but when I told them that it was supposed to be an iced latte, the immediately fixed it by remaking it for me.

Vegetarian options: A good variety of sugar free flavor options as well as Almond milk and oat milk.

It’s past 8 o’clock in the morning and the store isn’t open. Google says it’s open and there’s no sign on the door, but all the lights are off and the doors are locked. Not a single employee, or the owner, has shown up in three hours to open the store? Super weird and kind of eerie.

Today I went to get my coffee and they were not open. It was 6:30am. They open at 5:30am. This has happened a few times the last few months. It’s all new people. I used to love going here. I think it’s time to find a new location. Disappointed.

Since when does it take 30 mins to get through 3 cars??? It seems lately everytime I go the wait time is just insane! And they are not even busy! I have been a fan of beans for years but perhaps time to find a new go to because no one has time for this.

very rude and inpatient employees in west jordan

Today i stopped to get a coffee and its somewhat busy, however the girl that was at the window did not give me a receipt and proceeded to slam the window after she shoved the coffee in my hand. Not entirely sure why this management would allow such customer service. I didnt expect that to happen and get my order wrong and recieve no help. Not until now i go to leave a review i see another person having an issue like this and it seems like that issue has NOT been fixed. Whether its the same girl or not its not okay. And needs to be resolved.

Honestly it’s very hit and miss at this location, but Ella needs to go through some training or have someone explain that you can’t work at a business and act in such a way. We ordered two coffees and her attitude right off the ordering machine was rude, whether she is having a bad day… not sure but when my husband asked for a receipt the response should not have a tone or eye roll. And she certainly should NOT be slamming the window after taking the order for the customer. with an attitude like that I’d say find a different job. This location needs to have a manager do something with the customer service part. It’s a convenient location. But the girls/guys should at least be nice. People have bad days but don’t make others have one just cause you are.

Funky-rude attitude from employees and management. After giving this place my money on multiple occasions and enduring disrespect from many of the employees (angry little girls..especially the Latina who hates white women) I am completely done with ANY Beans and Brews. Try hiring adults at this place, B and B. Then MAYBE you won't loose so much money. BTW, go down the street to the Taylorsville location, folks, They're really nice in there.

Everyone is always so sweet and happy. I feel like they always care about what kind of service they are giving, and make it friendly when you go in and sit down as well.

Love the customer service and the coffee. I did a review about a month ago my husband and myself went through the park g lot to the drive through and hit a pot hole that blew out one of the tire on my car went in and spoke with the girls about it the called the manager and was told to get it fixed and bring the receipt back so he did and the girl he gave it to was not so pleasant but got a call today from the owner of the property and they are sending us a check for the new tire . Thank you beans and brew for your help and I will be back in because my little peanut dog LOVES her pupachinos and you friendliness and getting the issue taken care of.

My memory is so bad but I’m pretty sure the girl who helped me was named Hailey she was so sweet and so helpful fr give her a raise her good energy was so contagious
