I have only been to beans and brews once or twice so I’m still not super familiar with everything they have and Connor today was SO sweet! He was patient and kind and answered all of my questions. He made sure I liked my drink and was really pleasant to chat with, while he still made sure to keep all the other customers attended to.

We love this location, and we are now regulars. I love that they know our order when we come, even though we have substitutions and additionals. The staff is always super friendly and kind even if something is messed up. Theyre near by AND fantastic. I leave a good review on the app but I also wanted to do it here. Thank you for always being so cordially about our dairy restrictions. 🫶

So we used the drive thru twice in a week. We are visiting. Both times they took our order only to have to ask again at the window. The staff seem super nice and sweet. But don’t ask my order at the intcom then again at the window. We went on a week day an weekend. Both times they were not busy. They need to slow down. And if they are not sure. Ask.

Rude, untrained staff. Charged my gift card twice for 1 coffee. Cashier told me my balance due was actually the change they owed me. They stole the gift card and didn't give me the coffee I ordered. Really hard to call the manager when they turned their phones off.

Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Dine-in area are clean and there's a charging point at every table. Price of bakeries are reasonable. In terms of service, i suggest that staff should be more engaged with customer. They are not rude but not that friendly to the customer.

I love the staff! They are always so so friendly, however… I always tip and my order is almost always wrong. I don’t want to be someone who doesn’t tip, but maybe if you’re having issues with this lately, that may be why. And especially when I uber eats order, it’s usually wrong too. Super frustrating when I’m a good tipper.

Friendly staff & delicious drinks/food. Prices are little higher but hey that’s inflation.
