Been coming here for months almost daily. Only a select few make my coffee right. Recently new staff has been hired that mess up my coffee got coffee today for me to get a large and it not even be full and seems to be missing peppermint ? please check on ur new employees and please make sure they are asking cash or card I always get the car reader thrown at me when I pay cash

This location has gone down hill this is now the third beans messed up my order. I ordered a croissant bacon sandwich and they gave me a sausage sandwich and it was not a croissant bread they used . And for the THIRD DAMN TIME beans did not give me HOT chai it was warm and the other times it was cold. I will not be returning. You need a better training system for new employees. What a waste of my time and money!! If I could give a ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD! place is trash.

I didn’t want cheese on my sandwich so I asked if it was could add some extra turkey instead of the cheese. They said it was not possible… :( sad that i had to pay extra for the turkey because you could’ve just swapped it with turkey… plus i had no avocado on my turkey swiss avocado!!!

We went through the drive thru and ordered 4 drinks and 4 food items. i had a buy one get one free coupon ready to be redeemed and then money on my beans card. the girl at the drive thru that went to take my money opened the window and said absolutely nothing. not a total not a “how are you” just opened the window and stared. after i initiated the conversation and asked if there was something she needed instead of just staring at me she proceeded to tell me she could take the coupon and use my money off of the beans card. i was told a total between 30-35$ and so she scanned both codes then walked away for maybe 5-10 minutes. then a guy comes up to the window and tells me a different total between 45-50$ then tells me i can only use 1 coupon and then have to pay the rest using an actual physical card. super frustrating. the guy was very nice and respectful but that girl should not have a job involving customer service if she doesn’t know how to do it.
