Do not go through the drive thru, you will be stuck there for at least 30 minutes if there is more than one other car in front of you. I'm not sure what's going on, but it's been that way the last three times I've gone. Once I do get my drink, the ice is melted and my sandwich is burnt.

Wow, I typically like B&B. This location is not it. The service was incredibly slow, slightly indifferent, and came off as rude. I was the only one in line and it took 15 minutes for my order!? Also, they burned the coffee. So, all and all, they won the teifecta for worst B&B I have ever been to.
Skip this one and go to another location.

I love beans and brews but this location is horrible. It takes 30 minutes to get through the drive through and they can't keep staff for crap. I don't know what's happened to this location. It used to be good and efficient but is t anymore. I will avoid this location like the plague.

I loved the way chaz and asariah were willing to serve me even so close to closing the service was great, my drinks tasted amazing. Amazing service!

Wish the staff could do something about the person blasting political news from their laptop for hours every morning.

Staff, coffee, and breakfast are great :) I might have to find a new place though.

From a 5 star to a 1 star... so disappointed...

Saturday morning and over 35 minutes to get bad coffees that were not even made correctly and undrinkable.

Only two people working drive through and a packed lobby.

In addition to the coffee being incorrectly made, they did not have the right lids for our drinks. Even spilled one pulling out od the drive through.

This has been my go to beans for years however now I am looking for another location.

You need to do better.

Showed up at 6:05 pm. Open signs were flashing, store hours says they are open until 7 pm, door was unlocked, lights were on. This was a Friday. Go in and they tell me that they are closed. I pointed all this out and they said they are told to close at 6 on Fridays. Maybe change your signs? Beans is my go to coffee place, but not if this is how its going to be.

I usually love Beans and Brews but my last experience has made me avoid it moving forward. I received a drink that looked off, I asked if it was made the way I ordered it and they assured me it was. It definitely was not. After a couple sips, I knew it was wrong and to top it off, there was a ton of beans at the bottom of the drink. Undrinkable. I let them know there was an issue with my drink via the app, just wanted my money back or a new drink on my next visit, as I was already long gone by the time I tried the drink. I was informed someone from this location would reach out with a resolve but I was not assisted, after multiple attempts on my part as well. This issue happened about two or three weeks ago and still nothing. Very disappointed, I will no longer be back to this location nor Beans and Brews in general…

The drive thru takes way too long. Every time I come lately it has been a 20 minute wait or longer. Even when the line isn't long it takes way too long. Either the place is understaffed or they do not know how to manage in store customers plus the drive thru. Please work on speeding up the service. This is the second review I've left about this and it didn't improve from the first review.

I waited for my drink for 10 minutes. There was no one in line behind me. And all the employees were doing was talking to each other. Then my drink doesn’t taste right.
