Took 30 minutes to move 3 cars and my one singular drink was messed up and cold. Would recommend any other location this one has been the most consistently bad

Please know your own recipe before you make drinks. I have been to this location before and have ordered the same drink, the frozen Macha, with 2 extra shots of espresso. When they gave it to me, I questioned her because it looked lighter in color than normal. She said the drink I ordered doesn't come with coffee in it, and the only coffee in it was the extra I paid for. Every time I ordered it before, it had coffee in it, and when I looked it up, the 2nd ingredient was coffee. This was the shift lead, not some new inexperienced person.
The few weeks prior, I asked for my receipt to get points as the app was not working for me for a few days. The person at the window did not give me my my receipt, and I completely forgot to ask for it again. A few days later, during double points day, I did the same, I asked for my receipt this time, and I got one, but it was for someone else's order that already got the points for it. So I'm out about 4 drinks worth of points as the second day I ordered 3 drinks.

EDIT response to automated response: No one from your company has responded or reached out. My problem is still apparent as I still have not received my points from the earlier problems. Also, my coffee was still wrong, so obviously, nothing was fixed. Don't have automated responses without someone actually reaching out.

This location does not answer the phone and their voicemail is full. So much for customer service :( I’m going to have to dispute the charge with my bank. $8 for a pre mix chalky drink is ridiculous anyway

Waited in the drive thru line for over 15 mins. This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. Sadly won’t be back as the time wasted is ridiculous.

The most unwelcoming beans and brews I’ve ever visited :( the girls here were very blunt and didn’t hesitate to say “we’re closing in 20 minutes, we’re not making food anymore”
We ordered a latte and as soon as we said we wanted it blended they hesitated and looked at each other for confirmation before saying “um yea that should be okay”

I love beans but I’m definitely not coming back to this one

I recently visited Beans and Brews Coffee and was quite disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff's attitude was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

To make matters worse, my order was not prepared correctly. I had to wait an unusually long time, only to receive food that was not what I had requested. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service left a very negative impression on me.

I was really looking forward to enjoying a good meal and a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately, Beans and Brews Coffee did not meet my expectations. I hope they take steps to improve their service and ensure that customers receive what they order, prepared correctly and with a friendly attitude.

The Revolver with English Toffee...FIRE!! Better than Starbucks for sure! Didn't go inside so I cant rate the atmosphere...The service was friendly super nice! I treat myself 1x a week for coffee and this is one of the 2 different coffee shops I got to.
