I have never had any issues with this place as their coffees and drinks are always good, but today I went in and got my usual B&B Chai and a caramel frappe. The chai drink was very strong and had an overpowering clove taste, which prompted me to ask for a drink change. “Bayla,” the shift lead, helped me and refused to change my drink , even when she told me that the chai is premixed and that it would all be strong and have the same taste since it is one batch. I asked to get a different option, and she said she would have to charge me for a different drink, that they can’t waste product and just give away drinks, and would only be able to give another chai drink. I asked for my money back, and she ended up refunding me for both drinks, not just the one. I told her that her logic didn’t make sense and that I would pay for the caramel frappe since that wasn’t an issue, but she insisted that it was as a courtesy. She couldn’t change my drink because they can’t give away product but refunded me for both drinks, which seems contradictory! As I walked out, the whole staff there had something to say about the exchange but only as I walked out. Service has gone down hill a lot

There was an AMAZING employe working the drive through today! She was kind, friendly, patient, and so helpful. If I had a business, she’d be the first person hired. The ONLY reason I only gave 4 ⭐️’s is because the Coffee I was HORRIBLE. I had to dump it out ?

It was 5:30pm. I was on my 15 minute break. I went up to the counter to see about getting an ice water refill & got COMPLETELY IGNORED!! She was counting her register. And didn't even give me the time of day.
A- WHY was she counting her register in the first place?? The front end supervisor counts the tills!! B- They closed in 30 minutes so that could have been ANY customer that just stood there not getting acknowledged!! C- I had FIFTEEN minutes for my break. I could not just wait there. So I walked away.
It was very rude service. Fellow employee, customer or otherwise.
An chances of it being addressed are slim to none because I am just a mere employee @ Macey's & WHO cares?? Right??

Stand here at the empty desk for a few minutes. Finally someone came up and said they close at 6. It’s 6:02. Had someone been at the counter when they were not yet closed it would not have been after 6. Luckily there are many more places to buy extremely overpriced coffee.

The atmosphere was great and the employees were nice. But, on two occasions I scheduled my orders ahead and came to pick them up a bit earlier than scheduled. When I did on both occasions, the drinks were melted. Even though I came early, the drinks were made even more earlier to the point of melting. The staff were nice and the drinks were good anyway. Though, scheduling ahead isn't something I think of doing again or something I'd recommend.

Before my last experience with this beans and brews everything had been great, but my most recent was not. I had gone up thew the drive thru to order 2 drinks and 2 things to eat, when I got to the window the girl who was there seemed fine, but when I told her that she had missed something in my order she got an attitude that I was not pleased to deal with so early in the morning, after she got the missing item, she gave me a snarky attitude, I work with the public myself but I will not stupe so low to give a paying customer the attitude I received.

I frequent Beans & Brews but it was my first time going to this location and DO NOT GET THE COLD BREW UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW UP!! Literally the most disgusting taste! Waste of $6! Straight to the trash you go!

Beans and Brews is my fave :) I usually go to a couple locations closer to my home, but was in the area and decided to stop by this location. A few days ago I downloaded the rewards app (due to the tiktok trend going around rn where people are getting free things on their bday, my bday is june) to my surprise I got a free drink immediately and decided to use it today before it expired. As soon as I mentioned I was using the free drink on my app, the girl taking my order had attitude in her voice. I pulled up to the window and she said something like "your total is 6.70, but let's scan your app and see if it does anything... oh, it worked"Needless to say the employee's attitude wasn't very kind at all. The frozen Mrs.b's was great. I wish I hadn't felt rushed though, I forgot to ask for whipped cream.

I'm in town from Washington State and needed a coffee to pick me up. What a great little place. The drink was delicious and couldn't go wrong. The girl in the window was so nice and friendly.
No atmosphere as it's inside a grocery store, but my chai tea was delicious and helped take the drugery of grocery shopping more bearable!

Never again…use to be an almost regular at this West Jordan Location even tho few mishaps like avocado toast with where they had poured so much seasoning couldn’t eat sandwich but this past week is where I was like nope nope never again… they had like a large pieces of plastic in my melted cheese sandwich I bit into and may have swallowed some without realizing most likely from cheese slice separators because I choked and vomited at work so gross dangerous and embarrassing.
