Steven is truly a gem at this restaurant! He didn't just take our order he genuinely cared about our experience, offering friendly advice and making sure we felt completely taken care of, which is rare these days. His warm, easygoing manner made our whole meal feel relaxed and special ill definitely be back just because of his exceptional service.

I loved the atmosphere of the place, I came in around 3pm today and there was no line, I was greeted by a very friendly long haired girl named Lillie who made my sandwhich and salad in front of me, my husband got the nuts about barries and loved it! I got the southwest Protien bowl and it was also delicious. They offer soup samples so me and my husband got to try their soups, my kids loved their food especially the ultimate grilled cheese they offer. Overall the staff was super nice especially the girl who took our order and the food was delicious, my family will be coming back soon!

Food was great as always but Lilly, one of the employees, ruined the ENTIRE experience. If you want to fight to get a salad, go here, because she was arguing with me the whole time about what I could put on it. I started ordering with some guy, who was wonderful, and Lily stepped in and said my salad wasn’t similar enough. That is okay and I understand this may be a policy but 1. she was telling the guy working about how to do his job in front of the customer (unprofessional) and 2. arguing with me when I asked what i can do to get my salad. She said to put bacon on it but i am vegetarian and then said I had to put avocado but i am allergic. I have more dietary restrictions but she wasn’t having it. I finally got my salad after she was giving me so much attitude. Then after my partner went up later to get ranch, she walked over and started yelling at the workers again…. Zupas… please if you want to make people happy consider firing this girl. I feel bad for her coworkers and the customers who have to have their days ruined by her presence. Amazing service from all the other employees EXCEPT Lily. Will not be coming back to this location until something changes ):

We were just in not 30 minutes ago.. As other reviews state, the customer service could use some improvement, especially the initial order taker/salad girl. Told her what we wanted 2 times (you could tell she wasn’t paying attention either time) and what do you know.. she got the order wrong.

Steven was amazing! So kind and funny, and the service was so quick I was eating in like 5 seconds. Seemed like a wonderful place to work. Steven was so awesome in fact i asked him to get drinks with me afterwards. That was 7 years ago. He is gonna be my best man at my wedding this saturday.
What is up with their crap training? They are so worried about saying their scripted lines that they don't listen. The cashier is so anxious to check you out, but they don't know what was ordered and won't listen or stop to think. Where is my receipt so I can show you i was overcharged?
