Writing this because we ordered and our driver has been sending us pictures updates of the literal hour they just waited for our order (that we still don't have) that was supposed to be here an hour and 15 minutes ago. At this point it doesn't matter if it's literally the best soup and sandwich of my entire life - that's just unacceptable.

The large Nuts about Berries salad was the only reason I gave 2 stars. It was really good.
The order went wrong with the large Southwest Potato soup. The lid wasn't put on correctly and I lost 1/3+. The soup got over everything in the box then leaked through and got all over everything in the bag. I got everything cleaned up and went to eat my remaining soup but it had ZERO potatoes. The Southwest Potato soup isn't worth the price with just the broth/liquid.

Super disappointed! Craving soup and sandwich. Talk about shrinkflation! They didn’t even fill my soup up half way. This is what it was when I got it. Wish I would’ve taken a picture of my sandwich too. It was basically bread. They didn’t barely even put anything on it. $12.99 for a couple bites of soup and a sandwich with nothing on it. Won’t go back there again.

It has been several months since we have come to Zupas. The costs went up while the size of the portions went down. The trash was overflowing. The staff confused orders. They cannot handle online, to go and dine in ordrs in the same line. They removed the try two combo if you made your own salad. End result is we had to pay a lot more for the same end result, so was applied our points and will not be back.
