We just bought a Breville and we're looking for espresso beans. Staff were so great. Took plenty of time with me to make sure I got what I needed. Beans make a great coffee. Highly recommend

Canyons Coffee is not close to where I live, however, I have noticed it online a few times and I always wanted to check it out. While on leave, I made the trip out and visited a couple of times and loved it! I wish it was closer to me.
Most importantly, the coffee (& house made Chai!) and food here are top notch and so delicious. What makes it a great spot is the decor/vibe and staff. The decor and furnishings are clean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. I also love the photography they have displayed (who is apparently a friend of the owners). The vibe is upbeat, but not too loud and I enjoy the music selection. The cherry on top is the staff. Dani and the rest of the staff are all so pleasant, sweet and a joy to talk to.
I will definitely return whenever I can/am in the area.
