I love Carl's Jr and this one is pretty tasty I wish my burger was hot and fresh and my cheese was melted I hate when I pay for Xtra cheese on my burger and don't get it

But I still love this brand and they are my chain of choice when it comes down to Burger's
I just wish I could they tasty green burrito brand chili for the mouth watering excellence that was their version of chili cheese fries I miss that the most in fact it seems ever since that disappeared from the menu sales dwindled and locations started to shut down almost like the public was not okay with their favorite items going missing.... coincidence probably but that's only if you believe in coincidence numbers don't lie and I want my damn Chili cheese fries back

The general manager was awesome. I was struggling with my payment and he helped me out. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. He was very nice. The store was very clean. The food was fresh. It was just a really good experience and I would come back I love the stuff here.

I don’t normally leave Restaurant Reviews, but just wanted to shout out the Exceptional Level of Service I received from Joel & his Team at the 9000 S. Redwood Rd. location. The food was Great, came out quickly, & Joel went out of his way to ask how I was doing & if I needed anything outside of my order. I wish more people provided his level of care to something as simple as ordering a burger. Top Marks Bro!

Wanted to express how I observed Team Member dealing with an obvious RUDE guest on the phone (headset) … whatever was happening, it sounded like the person calling was not being nice. Your Team number was trying to explain they were busy and didn’t mean to make them wait to place an order.
I think the Team Member made multiple attempts to express they were sorry.

Terrible service from the “Assistant Manager”. Unwilling to adjust the toppings in a breakfast burrito even though other locations are happy to do it and same location has done it. The cook even knew exactly what I wanted to order.
