This place is incredible. I’ve never had something I didn’t like. I don’t know how the tea is always perfect but it’s my FAVORITE treat!

I love Chicha San Chen. The drink is so authentic. Black tea with cream is soooo good. Taro ball is my favorite.

I come here every week and my milk tea has always been perfect. The staff are always nice and you get your drinks really quickly! 10/10

Finally get to try this bubble tea spot in the US, i’ve had them when in taiwan but excited they opened up one here in US. We got the passion fruit green tea and orange oolong, both are yummy! don’t forget the toppings! we got grass jelly and konjac respectively.

This boba shop used to be amazing when it first opened. I loved how they let you smell all the different teas before choosing your base, and the customer service was always so nice back then. But honestly, it’s gone downhill. The workers now just stand around chit-chatting in Chinese while making drinks, and they messed up my order.

I ordered a taro bubble milk tea, and it wasn’t even the same color like it used to be. One of the workers confirmed it was taro, so I thought maybe they changed the formula and that’s why it looked more like bubble milk tea (just brown). But nope — they clearly made it wrong. What’s worse is that she knew it was wrong and still lied about it. Can’t believe I trusted her — I should’ve questioned it right away. Really disappointing.

Thank you for the reply — I really appreciate it. However, my drink was missing the taro paste. The staff seemed busy chatting while making drinks, and it looked like they were distracted, which probably caused the mistake. Hopefully next time they can pay a bit more attention when preparing orders.

Too much ice for a 9 dollars drink. They don’t let you do no ice or less ice.

The girl who takes orders every noon is very rude and has a bad attitude.

this very beautiful girl named rita was so amazing and sweet i’ve never felt more welcomed into any place it was she helped us immediately she was very helpful and explained the drinks to us, she had a very bright smile and out of the roof customer service i definitely will be coming back because of her, amazing service , amazing drinks 100% recommend

The staff didn’t seem to care or want to greet us and were on their phones when we walked in, so we just ordered from the kiosk. The only time they got off their phones was to make the drink after we ordered. Honestly, it felt like they could’ve had robots making the drinks instead. The drink itself was great though.
