This place has the fastest drive thru line on earth! I can believe it, but they keep making it faster. On top of that, my order is alway right, the food is always great, and when I dine in it is always clean. Eating here has really been my pleasure.

Fantastic location. We did a mobile order with two 30 count nuggets and went through the drive-thru. They got us through it as quickly as any other person and with a smile.

I went through the drive through and the service was good. I like to see that the employees had misters and access to water since it was a warm day. The person who helped me was friendly and a good listener.

I’ve been to this CFA quite a bit. And, unfortunately, there’s always something I’m disappointed with. The waffle fries I get always seem to be old ones. They’re not crunchy, lukewarm, unevenly salted. Chicken strips are one of my favorites things to get, but at other locations. This CFA, whenever I get the strips, they seem smaller than other locations. And have more breading than chicken. I constantly also have to come back and ask for sauces/dressings, since they always forget to add them to my bag. The customer interaction here isn’t too bad, but other locations outshine them in this regard too.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was i missing half my order they didn’t seem to care and said I’d get free fries but I already payed for the missing food so it wouldn’t have been free. Than after going in they where very rude beside one girl working at the front and I asked if they cared that the rest of my food was cold and they straight up said no. It was definitely not a pleasure

Been waiting over 10min ( place my order 20 min ago ) couldn’t find my order. My 30min lunch gone just cos they were looking in the wrong computer. Told em to throw a drink my way for the wait and employee laughed it out. lol cmon now.
