This review isn’t about Chilis in general, the food was pretty dang good. Especially the enchilada soup. This is about our waitresses. We had one main waitress, but there was another one who brought us our drinks at first. She had a piss poor attitude. I ordered a mango lemonade and she brought me what looked (and tasted) like a normal lemonade. So I commented this, she got defensive and told me it WAS mango and I needed to stir. Now I don’t know if their mango lemonade is just lemonade with mango syrup… pretty low effort if true… but I stirred and SOME mango flavor came up, nothing really though. She got super pissy with me man. I looked over at another table and saw a strawberry lemonade with a super pink color and strawberry chunks floating in it and thought “now THATS a fruit lemonade!” Anyway our second and primary waitress brought me another one that was BETTER (but still overall disappointing compared to how natural the drink should have been). So the second waitress was cool for that, but dang every time she kept coming back, she would ask if we needed anything, but bro, it came with this hesitation like she was hoping we wouldn’t say we needed anything but she still wanted the brownie points for asking for her tip. This became TOO dismissive as one of the times she didn’t inquire thoroughly enough and started to walk away, so we asked a man, who happened to be her boss, and he got irritated with her for not doing her job all the way.
Take this story as you will, these women need an attitude check, because we weren’t even being crazy customers or Karens, but there was absolutely no reason for their bad attitudes or service quality.

Why does anyone eat at Chili’s any more? Oh yeah the queso dip. I mean reasonably decent flavor but quality of meat and overcooking means teenagers are cooking everything. Begged for medium burger and got super well done. Begged for not overcooked fajitas and they were overcooked. But on a Friday night it takes forever. So crazy that tables were fighting over who ordered first. The beef used is not restaurant grade.

They would not even answer the phone.
We have had a few bad experiences with chili's.
However, tonight, they absolutely killed it! The service was quick, kind, efficient, and honesty wonderful! The food was also phenomenal. I had the tortilla chicken soup and the salmon and broccoli. My husband had the vegan fajitas and nachos. Everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly prepared.
I am very happy we gave this place a few chances because they gave us the trifecta tonight. Service, food, and atmosphere.
We'll done!

So we've been into Chili's a few times and I understand when you have an issue with food, it's easier to get it corrected in the restaurant.
We decided to just do a pickup order on our way home, I order a RARE Ribeye. Got home and it wasn't even close to rare. I would've settled for a medium rare, but it was so well done and hard. Very disappointed. But my husband enjoyed his burger so not a complete loss.

Anything that had cheese on it was burnt. Hamburgers were VERY red. Crammed and overall not a great experience.

Jordan Landing location has the worse costumer service I’ve ever seen. I ordered ribs to take out and they gave me a hamburger. I noticed the mistake till I came home. I decided to call the store, none picking calls. When I showed up in the location, and explain the situation the representative she just took the meal said “ wait” and left. Some time later just said “here you have”. She never offered an apology for the mistake made, it would help a lot in such circumstances. I asked for the manager to let him know the issue and void other costumes went through the same thing, but it was the same he just said “sorry”. I was very upset for the drive back and bad service. I decided to leave, maybe my costumer service expectations were too high for this restaurant they don’t care about costumers.
Sadly this is the second time it happens to me in this location. Better to find another place to go…. 😡😡

Mikel wad so polite and attentive, the kitchen needs some managing, the food was so salty it peeled my tongue, and I mean everything, the chips, burger was salty and burned, mushrooms salty, ribs salty. We both barely made our home 4 miles away and got sick right away. The last time we went was 6 months ago, we have it a try again, and we won't be back. The waitress is fantastic!!

We visited Friday at 7:00pm for family dinner. The wait to d seated was 15-20, and it was also a bit of a wait to get our food after we ordered. But, the service was excellent, Quentin was very good and attentive. The food was delicious. I would recommend the brisket quesadilla. We did have a slight problem with the hamburger my wife ordered being undercooked. We hate sending food back but our server Quentin was very professional and understanding. Later the manager came to check on us and they both did everything they could to make the situation right. We felt very taken care of! I'm positive next time we visit I'll be able to rate it a Five Star experience!

It took over an hour for our food to be brought to the table. Luckily, we were able to suffice on chips and salsa in the mean time. But, we weren't very hungry for our meal after filling up on chips and salsa for over an hour.
We eat here semi-frequently. The staff is usually pretty quick to seat us. But, it generally takes a long time for the food to get to the table.
The food quality has also decreased over the past couple of years, while the prices have increased. They have also removed some items from the menu that were great in the past. It's not bad, but I'd say it's 'meh'. We keep coming back here because our kids like it. Otherwise, I'd say the food quality has become forgettable and I doubt we would ever think to go to Chili's on our own. The corn on the cob is a bit dry, and the fries are also a bit dry. The ribs and chicken tenders are sometimes overcooked or a bit dry. The grilled chicken portions seem to get smaller and smaller with each visit. But, the chips and salsa are still fantastic!
Bottom line-- if you need a last minute place to eat, and you don't want to have a long wait for seating, but also don't mind waiting longer than normal for your meal-- come to this Chili's. Just be sure to order an appetizer.

My cousin and I had dinner, and to make a long story short, she found a hair in her ranch dressing. We informed our waitress, who discounted our bill. However, I noticed that we were billed twice for the meal on the receipt. I didn't want to push the issue, so I left a review about the service instead.

Just picked up takeout. I went in to get it and stood there for 5 minutes and was ignored by 4 employees as I stood at the takeout counter. Finally I said to an employee that was walking by can you hand me my order. She didn’t say anything to me and gave me the bag. And of course when I get home to eat my fajitas it’s missing all the fixings to make them. Just chicken and tortillas. Haven’t been to chili’s in a year my mistake for trying them again.
