Walked in what turned out to be a side door, we got directed to the front as we were waiting for friends. Quiet in the restaurant but plenty of staff milling around. We waited awhile unexpectedly, finally got seated, had asked for an area that was not freezing cold (side we walked in on was like a freezer)Ordered drinks and waited 20 min for them, put in an order for our food. Lost track of time due to spending time with friends.All of our food comes out at once,Four of us, all of us had cold items, ridiculous, broccoli and mashed potatoes, cold to the touch, steaks were room temp and none were cooked properly.Will we come back? We will give them another chance, zero reason to ever serve cold food with dinner unless it’s supposed to be like ice in a drink or ice cream.

This restaurant must have an outstanding management team. Each time I've eaten here the service and food is invariably outstanding!
My husband and I waited like 2 minutes to be seated, as the employees would just walk by, finally they sat us and the table was gross and dirty. I asked our waitress to clean the table, she had attitude and moved us to another table. She took our order with attitude, brought out our appetizer 3 minutes before our meal. I asked her if we could get our drinks, her response was "you never ordered a drink"....ummmmm yes we did. Needless to say, I never left her a tip and when I was done paying my bill, I was writing my review, she shut off the little computer thing, so I couldn't write my review. SHE WAS HORRIBLE ?

We normally like Chili's, but our experience yesterday changed that. Inattentive and inept server. Forgetting our order and getting everything else wrong, including drinks. Dirty cups. We waited for over an hour and eventually left with no dinner after we were tired of waiting and excuses.

Your bartender treats her teammates like garbage. I was in the bar to see what was on tap and our server came in, she had red hair, at about 2:00-2;15 today and I heard the big bartender with the dental issues tell her that she obviously hasn’t learned anything in weeks and was making everything worse for the team, she was too slow, suggested she lied about her experience and I was paying attention she was serving 32 people at the time and berating her in front of everyone in earsight was not only rude but prolonged her ability to get back to her tables. Five stars to our server who smiled at us upon returning to the table . We left her a $40 tip for the excellent service
