The food is cold. I thought because of the tomatoes but even the bottom of the bowl with rice is just cold. This location needs to do better. Wasted time and money!

This was my first time ever going here. This location can't even get a basic order correct. You pay extra for guacamole and other extra items on your food and they don't even put it on there.

There was a chunk of raw chicken in my bowl. I would not recommend coming to this location as this isn’t the first bad experience I have had with them.

We ordered in the app. We paid 6 dollars for extra meat, there was no meat at all, 2 burritos getting delivered was $50 and it was beans and rice, we mentioned this in the app about the order, it's been a bit and have had no response from the store or anyone.. this place deserves to shut down, this wasn't the first time they wronged us and it's definitely the final time.

Dietary restrictions: I can't have corn the guy added corn on my plate while talking to another employee. Asked them to remake it and they then gave me smaller portions and was acting like it was my fault .... First time at this place and probably the last! $16 for a bowl and you don't get what you order I don't think it was too much to replace it. .....

I typically go to the Chipotle off of 56th S and 78th W but yesterday I decided to go to this one after I was done at the gym. Now here I am from 3:00AM to as of writing this review I have been battling intense food poisoning symptoms and had to take work off.

I won’t be returning to this location.

Wildly inconsistent results when ordering from this place - ordered a burrito, got a bowl instead multiple times. Queso does not even fill the cup to the brim, only half way through. You expect me to go through a whole bag of chips with only that much queso? Terrible. Done with ordering from this location
