Chipotle Mexican Grill

Uhm, so my first problem was I paid $30 for so called 2 burritos and a fountain drink, I go to the pickup lane and only got one burrito and no drink, so I then told them and they lied and said it was wrong, I then reordered my burrito and drink, then go in to get it and the worker was so rude, pretty much just threw my cup and burrito at me, then I get home and open my burrito, my boyfriend’s burrito is 10x the size of mine….

This is delicious food. The quality has not faltered, and I love how everything is seasoned: the meat, rice, beans, fajitas, etc. That doesnt happen everywhere. The atmosphere inside is trendy and cozy and inviting.

The red chimichurri is 🔥🔥. If that stays on the menu, I may do away with other local chains that I go to for their tomatillo ranch alone. The chips and salsa are unmatched also. Service was great and food was ready when I arrived.

“I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service, the attention, and especially the food portions being served. The price-to-quantity ratio is completely unreasonable. I used to enjoy coming here, but it seems the management has changed and everything has gotten worse. I have even seen the supervisor scolding employees if a tiny piece of protein falls, as if every gram were being measured to avoid serving too much. For the price you charge, portions should be fair and consistent, but what you serve now does not come close to the quality or quantity customers expect. The comparison between price and portion size is absurd — it’s not like you’re a Michelin-star restaurant.”

This location has taken a very sharp turn downward in the past month. I used to go here for lunch 2-3 times a week but I think i'll stop until they can maybe bring their old ways back. The portions are so poor and the quality of how the plate their food just screams laziness. sad.

Bought 3 burritos, all were different sizes. Nothing was consistent. Barley even warm when we arrived home.
The atmosphere... They had a flickering bulb/light above the counter/line where you order. I stayed in the restaurant as long as possible...I handed my daughter my wallet to pay because I was about to black out due to my headache from this light. Had I stayed longer I would have had a medical emergency. Not one employee said anything. Not one asked if I was ok. Not one would have even known the first thing to do if something had actually happened. Please do more checks in your stores to ensure the safety of the customers that come in. I won't be back in for awhile now in hopes this light is taken care of. And I love your food.

The food is cold. I thought because of the tomatoes but even the bottom of the bowl with rice is just cold. This location needs to do better. Wasted time and money!
