They never have waffle cones or waffle cups available after 7:30pm. They close at 11 pm, on the weekends, so there is no reason to stop making them for how popular they are. I guess we need to take our service to other locations who will put their customers first.

The guy with braces working there had headphones in and completely rushed and messed up my order. We were the only ones in line there was no reason for that.

This location sucks, I usually door dash it and I always order a waffle cone which is $3-$4 extra! Well they never get the order right and put my ice cream in a cup so every single time I have to request a refund. I finally called them and the girl said “we don’t do cones in winter”. I know that’s not true because I just moved and the old location I used to order from always had cones no matter the time of year and even in the warmer months I’ve ordered from this West Jordan location and even then they didn’t have cones. The cone is the best part of ice cream but this location refuses to sell them for whatever reason. Also to add, the cone says available on their website and on DoorDash so you can spend the money but they won’t give it to you, so if you want a cone go to another location.

Services is always good positive attitudes. We’ve been here multiple times, and we asked for the chocolate covered cones with no luck (3x). They are very popular, so I don’t understand why there is not more available. It could also be cleaned a little more across the tables and floor. However, the overall we are happy with it.

This review is strictly of the Rocky Mountain "Chocolate Factory". Is this place managed? I was happy to see an option closer to home for some Christmas gifts but we were told there were no boxes available and the only thing we could order is individual chocolates in a bag. Not even boxes to fill at Christmas time. Who wants to give a bag of chocolates? Invest in something appealing for consumers or fall to sees which is where we went despite the drive.

This is conveniently located outside of the movie theater. There was one employee working at the time we entered so there was a line. He moved quickly so I give him kudos. The ice cream was tasty and reasonably priced. I’d be back.

Parking: It’s in Jordan landing where there’s a lot of parking.

So we went to cold stone west jordan location. I can not remember the 2 ladies that helped us, but they were very kind

Cold stone is usually my favorite place to get ice cream, but I will not be going back to this specific location. I was at this location visiting my brother and the girls working that night were not very nice. I felt rushed to make my order. Also, they denied to make a shake for my brother’s girlfriend. Bad customer service overall.

The service was terrible here. I came at night on 10/10 and a young blonde girl had such a terrible attitude, very stand offish, rolling of the eyes, and overall made us feel as if we were bothering her for merely coming in the store. I understand we have our bad days, but no customer should be getting the backlash. If you dont like your job, you can easily quit and find another. I mostly enjoy my ice cream from cold stone, but this is not a location I will be coming back to! YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING !

Didn’t get ice cream but was passing by and saw the two girls working night shift had closed the door early and denying service to a mom and her daughter making the little girl cry. Very poor customer service.

This place deserves no stars On 10/10/24 the two girls working had really bad attitude , closed 5 minutes early and did not serve paying customers . Whoever runs this place needs to train them again because the customer service was the worst i’ve ever seen , the gummy bears i got seemed like the display ones nasty experience over all . I need my money back.

I loved the iced cream but I hated the service of one of the workers there the older one was giving me attitude, rolling the eyes and really bad attitude. In other case the girl with really short hair give me good attitude and good service please do better I want to comeback
