If the owner cares about thare employees he should make sure all of them earn thar pay because as far as I can see thare is one person up front and 4 employees in the back just talking

The ice cream is great and great flavors. However, I've never met more miserable or more hostile employees in my entire life. They act like scooping ice cream is the equivalent to torture and they HATE you for buying ice cream. I'll avoid this location.

Worker was rude and seemed irritated we were there. The place did not look very clean, even up on the counters near the ice cream. And they were out of all kinds of stuff. Not sure what is going on here.

Thought this was a good idea to bring kiddos in to get a quick treat. I was wrong, Customer service is horrible they were mean to the kids.

Rude employees, both who were working when we went. They act like they're doing you a favor, and act like you should know all the things they know about their products. No thanks.

I ordered an ice cream cake from here. It was the largest one they had for $75 and I got what you see in the picture 😑 it looked like my 8 year old daughter wrote that herself. Not only was i disappointed with that, one side of the cake had ice cream and another side had barely any ice cream. I had Oreo and cheesecake bites for the mix in and what do you know? No where to be found. I would have been better off paying $14.99 for an ice cream cake at Walmart and they probably would have wrote happy birthday better. I would never order an ice cream cake from here again.

The opening hours are 12 noon, but they tell me they'll now open at 1 pm. For no reason. They should respect their established hours. My daughter was very sad.

The lady with black curly hair and the boy with black hair were both very rude when me and my family went in. They looked pissed off that they had to be at work and had a nasty attitude with everyone. Slamming things down on the counter and not speaking nicely. Definitely drives business away. IF YOU DONT WANNA WORK THERE YOU CAN QUIT.

Great customer service and the kids absolutely loved it. Fairly priced as well! We will be coming back. No complaints from the lady either!

Went into this location Saturday night 7/19
I am a visually and hearing impaired person.
Extremely rude staff, when I asked what sauce toppings they had the girl who turned her back to me while answering my question, rudely replied and rolled her eyes when I kindly asked her to repeat her answer when she turned around. I even told her sorry I am visually and hearing impaired. She was not even kind when she handed me my order .
I’m wishing now I didn’t give a tip.

My husband has a life threatening peanut allergy, and finding places to eat, especially dessert, can be very difficult. He’s had 3 different reactions from ice cream shops.
We went to Coldstone and they handled it perfectly.
We ordered our ice creams, told the workers about the allergy, and they immediately knew what to do and went to the back to prepare the ice creams. They used new, clean kitchen tools and a clean slab to mix the ice cream.
They came out and didn’t make us feel like it was a hassle, which we know it can be. We felt completely safe to eat the ice cream, and it was delicious! We really appreciated their help, and will definitely be coming back.

The speed that I got my ice cream was insanely fast. The service was great as well. The ice cream tasted like they put salt into it for some reason but other than that it was great.

Ride staff and very much over priced.

Thank you for making a great Father's Day treat. With only 2 employees, they definitely did an amazing job. Keeping the lines moving fast, wow. Definitely enjoyed the ice cream.
