We love Costa Vida’s food. However, this location is by far the absolute worst when it comes to quality control. When they first opened this location it was great! As time goes on it is ALWAYS something wrong. Forgotten food items, incorrect order, quality issues. I have tried surveys with requests to call me back to inform them of the problems, I’ve tried reaching the manager directly. And I get no response. Tonight’s issue was literally one tablespoon each of rice and beans as a “side dish”. And the beans were not just room temperature, but almost as cold as the pico! We might as well just bought a la cart items for how minimal they gave us. Won’t be returning to this location as it’s more headache than it’s worth everytime we come here.

Big fan of Costa Vista, but the last two times that I went to this location, I ordered my food without cheese, I am lactose intolerant. Both times there was cheese on my order. Do better.

I have been going to this location since they opened. The staff is always pleasant and the energy from everyone is always top notch.Today was even more Super Duper Awesome. BLAKE was ringing me up and I decided to use my points with the new app for the first time. I have been going to Costa Vida for over 8 years and was used to the old way the app worked. Blake was extremely polite and professional in helping redeem my points for one of purchases. Thank you Blake!!
