Me and my wife went for a frozen custard more like milk they can go back to Wisconsin real crappy. Response I did have the frozen custard now I see why the product is so crappy.

This place is crap. They took half an hour to figure out where my order was. Then it took more time to realize my order wasn't here. On top of this, it's now taken almost an other half an hour just to give us our food that we REORDERED. There's tons of cars here waiting for their orders.
Edit: Oct 20 Chanced going to Culver's in West Valley, I was not disappointed! The service was quick, the ice creams were cold and amazingly creamy, super tasty, and the food came out quickly, on time, and wonderfully fresh. You want a good location to go to come to West Valleys they did not disappoint, unlike these guys in West Jordan.
This place was dirty, the meat tasted horrible like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. Cheese wasn’t melted, grilled onions were cold. Kids running around and being loud and obnoxious. It was an awful experience! 0/10 do not recommend!

Went through the drive through for a shake and waited over THIRTY minutes. I finally gave up and went inside. They weren't busy by then and looked surprised someone was still waiting. The only reason for the higher rating is that the shake was good 🤦♀️

They don’t take good care of this restaurant. Dirty inside. Had that not quite clean smell. Sitting in the booth, the walls needs to be washed.
