Worst place I've been in a long time to 25 minutes to get our order and most of the order was completely wrong then was told after the order was done that they were out of certain items that I had been charged for

Owner needs to hire people who are willing to work at this Dairy Queen. My kids love DQ, but I cringe coming here. Workers giving attitude, rolling eyes, annoyed and A LOT of sighing. Went thru the drive thru, there was no car, thinking will get our ice cream faster. No, we waited 10-20 mins at the drive thru window (3 cones and 2 blizzards). After waiting for so long, they asked what we were waiting for 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I got the Superman shake. I really wanted it since I laid eyes on it. I even drove out kinda far to get it since this was the closest DQ. When I did receive the shake it was not blue as advertised. I really was expecting blue, but it was more of a concrete grey. It tasted good though, I would order again. (sorry can't really see the non blueness in the picture.)

I got my order, it was ready, we sat down, there are crumbs all over tables already after 10ish minutes of them opening, we asked for a water cup and they did direct us over to the ones sitting by the fountain, but tell me why the water came out yellow and why there is a substance on the cups over there that look like chocolate but aren’t? I’m 39 weeks pregnant! After coming here a couple of times to get blizzards, I don’t even know if I wanna keep coming to this location for food if their water is coming out yellow and with cups looking like that. If their water cups look like that, who knows what their cups and utensils look like for everything else.

Edit: The response to my complaint is CRAZY! I also work in a restaurant setting and we at least work towards making things better for our customers. Our water NEVER came out yellow for also serving Lemonade. Maybe instead of coming up with excuses and blaming each thing on the customers maybe actually talk with your employees and train them better. And we did sit at another table, but tables shouldn’t be left like that for customers to HAVE to find a clean table. Maybe clean after the customers are in.🙄

OMG this service was so slow. we ordered our food and I asked for no pickles on my burger. by the time we got up to the drive-up window we could see the employees, the majority of weren't working compared to the drive up guy who was.

there was a girl in a red shirt that did nothing the entire 10 minutes we were at the window just lean over and hang out by the register there's a heavy set girl who would walk kind of back and forth or be on her phone. about the only thing she did was make a blizzard. two guys didn't do as much but when did make a peanut buster parfait. it was the drive-up guy who got the drink when it could have been created before we even got there. my burger had pickles. we didn't even get napkins and my melted Sundae spilled all over me

I was hoping that the store would succeed under New Management but looks like it's going to fail. hopefully the new management will realize that two or three of these reviews happened immediately and described the same situation.. only one person working the others not really working 😕

Horrible experience, even though it has a new owner. No employee handling food was wearing gloves, our blizzards were completely melted, waited 15 minutes at the window for 3 items.. all ice cream. 8 employees “working” and only 1 was actually making multiple items.

Waited extra for food, still came out cold and missing French fries on the combo. The fries I did get were cold and barely any at all for a $12 combo.

So the ice cream is fire I mean it’s a Dairy Queen. Yet every time I come I leave disappointed. NEVER not once has my blizzard been flipped!! Are they even training their employees?!?!! I have lost faith in this world. I know times are tough right now but is it too much to ask for my yummy blizzard to be masterfully flipped.

If you like sticky tables and your order ice cream melted this is the place for you. If they plan on hiring teens they should hire ones that actually want to make a difference cause I’ve been here plenty of times to fully understand that no one cares about service or experience for the customers. If there isn’t a turn around I seriously wouldn’t be surprised it’ll be closed down. At this point, they should.

Drove about 30min to get here (this is the closet dairy queen to where I live) and dine in for some ice cream, paid to have extra confetti cake and what I got was nothing compared to what I usually get when I dont pay extra. I was disappointed but I went to the register and asked them, politely to add the extra I paid for. Alejandro was very rude, honestly if he doesn't like this job maybe he should work somewhere else. He is literally the image of this place. I hope that the new owner keeps people who offer good customer service. None were friendly, except the tall girl with eyelashes. The other lady didn't speak English and gave an attitude and made a comment in spanish for asking what i paid for.
I know bc I also understand Spanish. Not cool.
