Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is a horrible place. There is a shift lead that works here, that is a pedophile, he prays on underage coworkers through their work app. When brought up to management they offered different shift, because he was a good worker and a reliable employee. I guess being a good worker overcomes the fact that he send videos of himself masturbating to his underage workers. Disgusting place and management.

I hadn't eaten here for a few years and I didn't remember it being so good the hot fudge sundae was great

Empty drive through, ordered 2 chicken strips and some pretzels, roughly 40min invested start to finish. Not impressed. Would’ve just left but had already paid.

And to top things off, they gave me somebody else’s order. 👍🏻

Just had the worst experience. I pulled up and there were 2 cars ahead of me to order. I get to the window and get asked to wait. Several minutes later someone comes on and asked if I’ve placed my order yet. I said no and they were extremely short and rude getting my order. From the time I pulled up to when I got my blizzards it had been 30 minutes. They shut the window and I continue to sit there for a few more minutes. They open the window and say they forgot to make my cheeseburger and asked me to pull up and wait. After I had already been waiting a half hour for 2 small blizzards and a single cheeseburger. Completely unprofessional. I ended up just leaving. Never got my cheeseburger that they charged me for. Save yourself the hassle and go eat somewhere else

I stopped by this location last night on my way home from work. I went inside, as the drive-thru had a long line. I was the only one there besides two delivery drivers. After waiting for my order for over 20 minutes, someone asked me what I was waiting for. He then told me they were out of hamburger buns. I wasn't upset about the wait, but the kids working there were messing around most of the time. The restaurant itself was filthy. A couple that came in behind me had ordered, and was also waiting 20 min. They were then told they didn't have any Reeces for their Blizzard. Someone needs to do some cleaning, and training.

Very disappointed! 25 minute wait in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. The burger had so much mustard I couldn't taste the meat. The fries and burger were barely warm and fries tasted old. Not sure these would have passed a food inspection test. Will NEVER return to this place!

im extremely patient with fast food workers given i have years of experience in similar jobs but this place is beyond slow and the food is such low quality. shouldnt have to wait 40+ minutes for a normal-small sized order out of peak. the food we got was literally half the normal portion and the bag didn't even have utensils or anything. i noticed late and went back in for some utensils and the guy i spoke with was staring inappropriately at my chest for the short duration i was speaking with him. i have eyes you know. so unprofessional. needs more staffing and probably better management, i feel so bad for the ones that seem friendly.

As a prior Dairy Queen worker, I have a lot to say about this location.
The most notable thing here is how slow the service is. Every single location I've ever been to has been so strict and on top of their drive times, but every time I come to this location, I'm in line for 30ish minutes. It's horrible. You can literally see the irritation on every drivers poor face. I understand low staffing can affect time, but it seriously shouldn't take that long. I had *horrible* management when I worked at a dairy queen, but at least they knew how to keep their workers working as fast as possible.
The second thing I'd like to mention is how tiny and cold the food portions always end up being. Every time I order chicken strips, theyre tiny. A four piece gets you like two and a half strips. My fries are always cold and limp and everything else I've had besides ice cream products have been so poorly made.
The last thing I'd like to add is how sad the customer service is. It really just feels like the employees don't care about the customers at all. No smiles, no greetings, no nothing. It's really disheartening. I have never seen a dairy queen so sad before, and I used to be a dairy queen regular. I want to see this place improve. I'm sure a little work would give this place much better business.

Went inside and ordered the cheeseburger meal deal for $7 and got the drink and blizzard I ordered on the side but never received the cheeseburger and fries. Lost $7 on the deal. I love this place but to pay for a meal and never receive it I just don't understand how that could happen. I ate my blizzard and drank my drink and left and had to be satisfied with that for supper I guess.
I was customer 74 that night 2/28/25. It got far too busy for me to wait on my food all over again. Sorry.

Last night was my boyfriend’s birthday, so we went to DQ, and I have to say Ethan gave us the absolute best service we have had in a long time. Than man deserves a raise. Thank you Ethan!!

Waited for 40 minutes in the drive-through absolutely ridiculous and when they finally hand me my stuff, they hand me one item and they look at me like they’re puzzled and I say I’m still missing this this and this and they bring me one more thing and then they look at me like What now? So ridiculous. Not sure how I can wait that long and the food they hand me is cold. Won’t ever be coming here again
