The place is easy to find and easy to dock. The people I dealt with were as nice as could be. They put me right in a dock and the wait began. It took a long time to load. Other than a long wait, no real issue.

Arrived at Dannon in West Jordan, Utah at 3:07 AM to pick up a pre-loaded trailer. Upon checking in with shipping, I was informed that the load was not ready and the facility was behind schedule. Interestingly, I experienced the same delay during a visit here approximately three years ago for another pre-loaded trailer.
After waiting, a yard jockey directed me to door 54. I backed in around 4:30 AM, as they indicated they were ready to begin loading. It is now 6:05 AM; the light remains green, and there has been no update on when loading will commence.
Given the consistency of these delays over several years, it may be time for the company to reassess its scheduling and operational efficiency

Arrived at 10:45 for 11:00 appointment. Assigned me a door at 11:43. Paperwork ready at 14:33. Restroom is inside. Overnight parking is available. Free yogurt.

Check in 1200 Appointment 1400 Currently 1841. They haven't touched my trailer in an hour and the office workers didn't have anything to tell me.
Last time I picked up here was years ago and as I recall they used to be quick. Shame this place seems to have gone downhill since then.
Plus side, yard dog is a friendly guy with a great attitude, they do have a clean restroom for drivers, and they do still have a fridge of free yogurt for drivers next to the shipping office
Edit: loaded at 2025. They say their crane was having problems. Hopefully the next time I load here it'll be quicker and I can replace this with a far more positive review. Lol
