I don’t mind coming here at all. The office staff is very friendly. The yard guys are extremely helpful. They’ll let you park overnight and take your break here. If you need to sleep, they’ll even let you drop your trailer. They’ll take it and load it for you and it’ll be waiting for you in the morning. Signs for shipping and receiving are clearly marked out on the road. You have to go through a gate to get in. Just push the button on the gate opens usually. Once you get in the facility, Go to the right and then left around to the back to the stop sign. Park there and the drivers entrance is up in the corner. Clearly marked. Parking is easy, docking is easy.

Bring your dinner with you if you come here at night because 3rd shift cares less of getting you out there and the lady in the office will throw fit in your face if you ask about the load status I hope they bring someone who can communicate with drivers in a better way even if they’re behind.

Got here, yard dog was polite, gave me directions to the shipping office. Walked in the office, checked in and was treated with respect, got a door immediately. I would definitely come back here.

Checked in an hour early and got put in a door immediately and stated loading right away. Maybe I just lucky?

My 1st time coming here was an experience I'll never forget, after coming in thru the open gate there are no signs to lead you to the shipping/receiving office (you have to pass by dairy continue to your right then turn left and come to stop sign). I didn't know I was supposed stay at the stop sign and walk into the shipping/ receiving office to which there's a sign once you look straight ahead, so after being spoken to like a child from the yard dog I followed his instructions and parked at the stop sign and went into the office to check in. Another "great" experience here, no greeting whatsoever just "you here to pick up or drop off". After signing in to the tablet on the wall, I was assigned a door to which 30 minutes had passed from my appointed time of 1600. Real professional ppl here, hope your 1st time will be better than mine.
