You can always tell when they are not on top of their service game when you walk in and wait 2 minutes before they even recognize you and you look up at the order screen and they have orders that are 10 minutes long and running. They didn’t have my to go order ready by the time I arrived and they wanted me to continue to wait. Disappointed with this fast food service. Had to cancel.

Lived near this location for about a year, every time I’d DoorDash it’d come wrong AND cold, would try to go in person and at least the order was correct but it’s still cold no winning here. Location on 47th and redwood has it right
When you assign an employee to the window, explain them that they need to speak clearly and pay attention to their job. The guy was talking like his tongue was very heavy and gave me the order wrong. I went to the drive-thru again and told him and he just argued with me. I have no time for that. DelTaco won’t loose a costumer, but at least I’m not going back to that location.

I ordered a chickin quesilla and 2 chickin soft tacos to go.i never got the tacos.bye the time i saw they were not there i was 5 miles away.oh well nothing like throwing money away.....i drive a truck and could not return. not recommended
