We ordered two combo meals, one number two with extra special sauce and a vanilla shake. We left the drive thru with his combo and three small tacos. I had to go inside to get my combo because someone didn't ring it up. When I did so, I asked specifically for my tacos to come with the special sauce yet, they rang in one of the tacos with special sauce and the other, none. Why the heck would I order two tacos with extra sauce and you take off the sauce for the other one when you charge me an extra 20 cents?! So you charged me 20 extra cents for extra sauce and kept it off the other one? I'm sorry but that really pissed me off

This location is the best, the staff are super friendly and the play place was really clean you can tell they care about the place. Thanks for always making me and the kids feel welcome there. Have had to wait 15+ minutes for simple order the last three times I've been here, both drive-thru and dine-in. Staff is friendly and helpful,

Food was good. Service inside was slow. My food sat on the counter until all of drive through was done. It would have been nice to have service the way it is meant to be. Customers in the store are to be given attention and and not ignored. Something needs to be done to fix these problems. No one serving the front of the store and ignoring us in the store is not good practice.

I have been coming to this Del Taco for years now and have watched it get better and better. They do a great job taking care of their customers and even getting to know you by name. If you have had a bad experience in the past please come back and give them another shot. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
