Im not going to tear into this location too hard. If serving good coffee is the main goal you all are way behind. Starbucks had you beat by miles. If youre going to charge starbuck prices give quality coffee. I can do the food elsewhere. Awful coffee today. Cold brew was horrible. Please get better!

It doesn't follow Dunkin's standards. My wife and I are lactose intolerant. We ordered almond milk, but it came without it, and we got very sick. In addition, the iced cappuccino doesn't meet the standards of the DD franchise. I drive all over the country, and this experience was horrible.

This location has the rudest employees I have ever experienced in my life. You can tell they do not wanna work. They are very rude and disrespectful and every single time I come to this location my hashbrowns are underdone in my coffee is Made wrong. Genuinely would rather drive to South Jordan then deal with your employees who don’t even wanna do their job

Karla had made my drinks AMAZING!!! ever since she left i have been getting so much espresso in my drinks 😭i watched them prefill the pitcher and overpour in the drinks instead of the correct shot per drink 😓bring her back!!!
This place sucks. I ordered a chia with oat milk and brown sugar. I received a cup of steamed regular milk. I can’t drink it bc I’m lactose intolerant and no one else would drink it because it was so gross, so it went down my sink. I also ordered two donuts which were stale and cold. That’s $21 down the drain

Please build one further west in west Jordan so we don't have to travel so far. This review is for the cofee the cofee actually has cofee taste and not just a bunch of flavors to cover the flavor of it. We have tried both iced and hot both equally good. The cofee are supreme compared to that star place imo
