Oh my goodness! Beyond thrilled that Dunkin is back in Utah! Was absolutely happy to drive 20 minutes for a coffee today! And it was worth every minute to get it! Starbucks and Beans and Brew just tastes overloaded with sugar then bland cocoa flavored ice, and want to ask for almost $10 for coffee? I got a large coffee and a sandwich for the price today, except I would make one suggestion... Maybe offer up a side of some sort for the breakfast options or start doing meal combos... The food is extremely tasty, but still leaves you feeling a little hungry after... Which sucks after eating such a good sandwich and you want more! 😁

I love Dunkin and miss it after living on the east cost for so long. They were kind, quick, and nothing disappointed.
Glad to have a Dunkin' back! I wish more locations would open up here in the valley. Only issue is the service. I waited for a drink for 10 mins and had to remind them i was waiting. Hopefully the crew can get it organized a bit better

We went here the sunday after thanksgiving to satisfy a craving and excited to have dunkin’ in utah again, but were sadly disappointed at the experience. They were out of several menu items, so we opted for a donut and two breakfast sandwiches on bagels with hash browns. The hashbrowns were stale, almost chewy. The donut was wrong, I asked for an old dashiined glazed and received a plain cake donut with absolutely nothing on it. My fiancées iced coffee was undrinkable, tasted 3 days old and burnt. Went to the grocery store down the street and reluctantly ate the bagel sandwiches which were the only decent part of the meal aside from my hot latte. Will give them another chance farther away from a holiday, but very disappointed.

So happy my favorite donuts are finally back!! Also their flavored hot cocoa is amazing!!
This is not a Dunkin. This is a dump. The customer service is horrendous. The coffee's even worse if that is even possible. I get the same rude lady the entire three times I've been here, she seemingly makes fun of me for some reason maybe because she doesn't understand what I'm saying because it's hard to understand such a difficult request, half sweetened and half decaf. Sorry I don't want 500 g of sugar in my drink or to be up all night, I like to keep things a little bit less on the sweet side. It's a personal preference and it's something that you actually have to do less of so it's less effort... But she couldn't understand what I was saying and so she would make fun of me and this is literally happened all three times that I went there. And she swears that I don't understand Spanish and it's kind of embarrassing. The drink wasn't made properly surprisingly it was decaf with a glob of syrup at the bottom and I don't even know how to describe the espresso besides maybe rancid. This is not the Dunkin that I always loved going to and enjoyed with my family this is a definite out of state project experiment that you need to make sure you actually hire decent people to run or else it's going to get run into the ground like every other Dunkin in Utah. Will not be returning and can't even call the store to get a refund because their number doesn't work.
Update: manager (?) called at 7am while I was asleep from a private number and I have no way to get back in touch with him, since I live nowhere near west Jordan, I guess I'm not getting my money back and will just have to count it as a loss.
