I’ve always loved Dunkin’ Donuts but unfortunately coming to this location is the worst! Everytime I’ve come here it’s just been a bad experience with the employees. They’ve treated me poorly, have given me attitude and gotten my order wrong so many times. They always be mad for no reason😭. Hire better employees who actually care about their job pls and thank you!

Never in my life have I had such and awful experience trying to get a cup of coffee. 3 people working, 2 people on break. But only one person speaking English and handling everything. I had my whole order messed up 4 times and the cashier made it all my fault. Line out the door and such chaos but no fixing anything. Customers left enraged and now I won't be back. I'm a local business owner and will let everyone around know that I wasted my time for crap.

We each took one bite and went to Duck Donuts instead.

I decided to give this place another shot because the service was crappy when they first opened. Went in today and not one thing has changed with their service. Everyone was in a bad mood and spoke barely any English. It even came to the point where she turned the ordering screen around and asked me to show her, because she wasn’t understanding. Sadly I know from when it first opened these reviews mean nothing if they still have the same manager from the beginning because he was the one that gave us the worst customer service in the beginning. Don’t even worry about ordering drinks they will screw them up no matter what you get! Last time I ordered just a hot coffee with cream and sugar and they still managed to make it taste like trash! This time around all I ordered to drink was just a frozen coffee and it tasted like blended up ice with a splash of cream! Promise when I travel outside of Utah I stop at many Dunkin Donuts and yet to come across one this horrible! Not one employee seemed in a good mood. If providing customer service isn’t their thing then why did they pick up a job where they have to interact with customers???

Terrible! Tried Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time since they returned to Utah, and was very disappointed. I used to love Dunkin’s and ate there frequently. I stopped by today at 9 am, when donuts should be fresh, and was given a stale donut that seemed like it was yesterday’s batch. The hashbrowns were soggy and a much smaller portion than last time I purchased (granted that was 5 years ago) regardless I won’t be returning

The customer service at this place is the absolute worst. I went on national coffee day, where they were offering a free iced/regular coffee for free with purchase.
I first have to sit and wait for nearly 10 minutes at the drive thru, where there are no other cars in front of me. The person who finally respond is constantly laughing and giggling and obviously talking to others in the store while poorly trying to take my order which I had to repeat 4 times.
We order another drink and the coffee, which by this time has taken almost 5 minutes just to order. I get to the counter, frustrated i just give her my card, take my drinks, which the lid on one of them wasn’t even on, and leave.
Only to find out that i was charged for my “free” coffee.
Regarding the drinks, they were very lackluster and boring. nothing to be excited about. But the service there makes me never want to recommend or go back there myself.

The donuts are usually good, but you don't always get what you ask for. There is a terrible language barrier!
The place is new and appears to be clean. However, if you want to sit and enjoy your meal, good luck getting a table. The majority of the times I've visited the tables have been occupied by employees, leaving no place for guests.
I recently stopped to order a sandwich. The quality was awful and I asked for it to be re-made. The only employee who spoke English apologized and told another employee what I needed. The other employee rolled her eyes as she walked away. A few minutes later she had a new sandwich ready. Unfortunately it was no better. I ended up stopping at Maverick to get my breakfast.
My kids (and I) have always enjoyed Dunkin Donuts and we were excited when this location opened. It is such a disappointment!

I ordered two drinks and they were pretty terrible. I asked for light ice, which they seemed to add extra ice instead. And the other didn't come in the limited edition cup. The drinks were very watery. It was bad enough that I'll never go back. This is the worst Dunkin location I've ever been to.
