Einstein Bros. Bagels

The employees here are always so nice but they're incompetent. I don't understand why it's hard to get a quality bagel from this place or the right kind of bagel. I've been here a few times and they either give me the wrong bagel or they don't toast it, forget the smear, or they assemble it when you ask them not to.
It's very frustrating because their menu is just bagels (a variety) but just bagels. Not sure if it's incompetence or laziness but either way, it's not good

Amazing food, great customer service, and a good vibe

Went to try the country bagels and gravy sandwich and the texas brisket sandwich. We didnt taste the sandwiches til we were already too far out but the sandwiches tasted like they were made a few days prior, which made sense why our order was ready before we even finished paying. Bagels were hard and dry, not even any gravy, and the sausages and eggs were so cold as well as the brisket. It probably could have been a great sandwich if it was made with love and served fresh. Disappointed.

The staff are really good at their job and super helpful in making an order you're happy with. The bagels and muffins are delicious. I took my order to go and had called ahead so I was able to get my food pretty quick. Highly recommend this location!

Parking: Does share a parking lot with other businesses but was able to find parking. They have designated spots for to go as well

They always get the cream cheese to bagel ratio just right.

We love coming to this Einstein bagels!! The staff is so welcoming and the manager is so kind. We got bagels with cream cheese and they were delicious and fresh. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to come here!

First time I went got a Texas brisket. They didn't toast it. The brisket was cold. Second time I went that got my order wrong but I didn't see before I left. It was supposed to be cheddar jalapeño toasted with cream cheese. But I got a cinnamon raisin not toasted with cream cheese. I wasn't pleased
