when i came in today i was acknowledged pretty quickly and the lady at the register was so sweet to me. i got the texas brisket and it was delicious! i’ll be back again

Restaurantji Recommends
The employees here are always so nice but they're incompetent. I don't understand why it's hard to get a quality bagel from this place or the right kind of bagel. I've been here a few times and they either give me the wrong bagel or they don't toast it, forget the smear, or they assemble it when you ask them not to.
It's very frustrating because their menu is just bagels (a variety) but just bagels. Not sure if it's incompetence or laziness but either way, it's not good
