I ordered three drinks. The two for my sister's were fine no worries. Mine was the total wrong drink, and there was a hair in it. There has been many times I have ordered here and gotten the wrong drink. Kinda upset

This place is TERRIBLE! I see a promotion for a 24oz sparkling water with mixing for $1.99. It was on a flier on their counter and on their screen. The cashier tried to tell me it was $1.99 for the cup alone but to add the drink it would be more?!?! Um, what? The menu with all the other drinks said a 24oz drink is $2.10. These girls just stared at me like I was being ridiculous. There were 2 other girls there just ignoring the situation. The sign was promoting the 24oz drink for $1.99, you should honor that price. FALSE ADVERTISING!

The worst dirty soda shop in the state. Their drinks have virtually no flavor. After three attempts at trying to get more flavor in my drink, I just gave up. I don’t know if they’ve been asked to limit the amount of pumps per drink, but in the end, I paid five dollars for sparkling water. Their strawberry purée has zero flavor to it if you’re going to get a drink don’t expect to taste a strawberry flavor.

Very frustrated with this location. The “oven is down” at all times. They don’t cook any of the treats that they are supposed to be able to serve here. Based on talking to employees, I’m pretty sure they just don’t want to cook. She said “it breaks down a lot” Unacceptable

i had this pretty blonde girl serve me through the drive thru. so nice and i know it was early in the morning but she had amazing patience for me and i appreciate that a lot. cookies are my favorite.
I absolutely love this fiiz! I go multiple times a week in fact 😅 The employees are so sweet to me and always get my loyalty number in (yay!) However, I try not to order drinks that have cream or add it to my drinks. In all honesty, about 80% of the time I don’t get it. I usually ask the employee about it and they have no problem adding it. Other times, they seem too preoccupied to talk to… But other than that, this place is the best! I love it ❤️ Also, the manager here is the sweetest!!! She’s always so kind to me! :)

Be careful if you go for any promotions. I went because there was a Buy One Get One Free promotion, sent to me on the Fiiz app, as well as posted on their Instagram, and the staff refused to honor it, despite me showing them the promotion on the app (for all locations).

Showed up and 9pm. Wasn't supposed to close till 10 so we went in and told us that they were closing and wanted us to go through the driveway I asked if we could just order a a drink to go since we were already in there and he said it depends on the size we wanted but he ended making me a drink that was terrible . Was not a friendly environment and won't be going to that location again.
