Got a Miami ice and didn’t even had ice, just tasted like whip cream and sugar, got two other drinks and tasted like just regular soda at the store with no pure, I’m not satisfied with my purchase. Look like the workers they had knew nothing cause didn’t even know what I was ordering.

Don't waste your time. Ordered a blended latte drink, came out iced, had it remade, but they use hot coffee so they have to over ice it and it just tastes like water.

I believe if both employees are going to ignore the lobby there should be a bell. I waited and I tried saying hello but it seems their phones had more important things to say. Whoever was on duty at 9:50am on Thursday July 10th may need a refresher on customer service. Thank you!!

They were so rude and made my drink disgusting and sugar free when i didn’t ask for a sugar free all because we came 30 minutes before closing one girl was being very sarcastic and rude because she wanted to close early..

The drinks at this location are consistently lacking flavor. We’ve tried to give it a few chances because it’s closest but it is not worth the money. I ordered a Blue Lagoon this afternoon and it only tasted like water and coconut. One of the workers commented to the others that they’re almost out of blue curaçao so ‘use it sparingly’. If they’re out of something, it should just be that, not to use it sparingly and lack on people’s drinks. The water also took almost 10 mins to be made.
I love there drinks but when we came this time they had no whip cream so they had to put the gummy frogs on the drink instead of the whip cream for my granddaughter

This place is an absolute joke. The staff clearly lack training and professionalism. More often than not, our drinks aren’t made right—it’s frustrating and shows a lack of attention to detail. On our most recent visit, my whole family got their drinks except for me. After waiting, I found out an employee threw mine away without ever calling my name. When I brought it up, she rolled her eyes at me. Completely rude and careless. Save yourself the headache and drive to a different location.
